The awakening of life is self love.
You are you and you are more.
You are more because you are you.
You are human and
you are pure spirit
and you are the darkest of demons
and you are animal in the one.
You are the paradox.
You are the question struggling for an answer.
The reason looking for meaning.
You are a perfect reflection of the UCA, the unique collective awareness.
The paradox of all life is within my life.
Grant me the grace to forgive myself for the things I regret, to open my heart
to the people I meet and to love myself as a unique human being of value.

heart:
The power of ALL to guide me,
The might of ALL to uphold me,
The wisdom of ALL to teach me,
The eye of ALL to watch over me,
The ear of ALL to hear me,
The word of ALL to give me speech,
The hand of ALL to protect me,
The way of ALL to go before me,
The shield of ALL to shelter me...
Angels be with me, Spirit guides before me,
Strength behind me, UCA within me,
Earth beneath me, Earth above me,
Life at my right, Life at my left,
Love in the heart of every person who thinks of me,
Truth in the mouth of every person who speaks to me,
Humanity in every eye that sees me,
Respect in every ear that hears me.
