INTRODUCTION
|
|
| |
IDEA is the name given to a
set of well formed DIA statements.
|
|
| |
Unlike a page of word created statements
an IDEA in UCADIA not only represents a set of statements, but knowledge
transmitted in the very structure and shape of the components. |
|
| |
In other words, how the shape of an IDEA
looks tells a reader the nature of the IDEA. |

| |
Shape and meaning |
|
| |
A very important understanding concerning
the rules of design and IDEA is shape and meaning. The shape of the cluster of
DIA statements can be arranged in more ways than simply linear lines. Other
designs can be used denoting different meaning principles. |

Shapes of IDEA |
|
| |
IDEA is identified and defined by
different shapes. The following is a preliminary identification of the first
proposed shapes for IDEAS. |
