Synlex is the definition of a state and all its components that exist within a state structure such as a nation, a state government or a regional government. |

Relative Multipliers |
• |
All increase in injections into an ekesystem (economy)(investment, government expenditure or exports) may be defined also as a multiplier. |

All multipliers are relative to the time, level and conditions.

A dissonant multiplier is an increase in injection into the ekesystem (economy) that leads to a decrease in National Income because of the flow on effects of this relative type of input. |

A harmonic multiplier is an increase in injection into the ekesystem(economy) that leads to an equal output in National Income because of the flow on effects of this relative type of input. |

A dynamic multiplier is an increase in injection into the ekesystem(economy) that leads to an greater output in National Income because of the flow on effects of this relative type of input. |

National income |
• |
The most efficient and fairest systems of compulsory national income from citizens are flat systems of fees and charges. |
• |
Progressive systems of fees and charges will always be less efficient and generate less revenue than substantially lower flat systems as distortions introduced through deductions and offsets will always shift the greatest burden to the middle rate payers of the system. |

A free person should have the privilege of access to quality security of their person and possessions, with these services continuing to operate without need to renew request. |

Meaningful employment |

A free person should have the privilege to choose a range of occupations and careers with a wide variety of jobs available in meaningful employment.

In the case where private firms are unable to provide sufficient job opportunities, that governments assist individuals without full time work to focus on how to put their career dreams into reality and secure meaningful employment.
