I. This Pronouncement
i. Whoever has ears, let them hear! Whoever has eyes, let them see! Of all the words we pronounce on Earth. Of all the things we say, it is our last will and testament that stands as the one thing most believed to be true. For whether we be known as a terrible man, or a man that has lied, a man that has failed, by our traditions we believe at least our final words, our final wishes are true; and
ii. If you believe not a single word I have Pronounced as original law, then may you believe these words as true; and
iii. And so it shall be, from my seal affixed to the bottom of this document and witnessed by being public and sealed by my hand for all to see that this pronouncement shall represent the one true last will and testament of Sovereign Man Frank of the Clan O'Collins.
II. This document as the true last testament of Frank O'Collins
i. This document shall stand as the one true last testament of Frank of the Clan O'Collins upon my death; and
ii. In the inevitable event of my death, it is my wish and last request that this document be executed and read to all those listed as having an official capacity and interest after all funeral proceedings.
III. The event of my life
i.In the first instance, I wish to say this to all who read this document and all who hear this pronouncement upon my death that I shall always be eternally grateful for my life as a sovereign living man; and
ii.Should my life be long and fruitful from the date of this document until my death, then I let it be known that I am thankful for each and every day. Even though I have had doubts in my life, even though I have sometimes felt angry to life and to the world, I am blessed to have lived the life of a human being; and
iii.Should my life be taken short by the hands of others let it be known by this document that I forgive each and every one of them. I forgive all of those who wish harm upon me and my end. For I understand the emotions and ideas that may lead to such events. In any event, it is my last will and testament that they be forgiven by everyone for by this document, I forgive everyone who may wish ill upon me; and
iv.Upon my death, I pray for the forgiveness of all those I have hurt, all those I have caused distress. For my actions as a human being, I have brought pain in my life to others. For that I am truly sorry and hope that in their reflection on my life they find it within their hearts to forgive me.
IV. The event of my death
i. Upon my death, I request that an executor be appointed of my wish, as listed at the end of this document as "Executor". It shall be tasked upon the Executor of this document to see that all listed as having and interested (at the end of this document) shall be called together at that time and that the instructions listed herein shall be followed as my last request; and
ii.Upon my death I respectfully and humbly request that my body be permitted to rest in peace in state for at least three (3) days so that my mind and spirit my begin a peaceful journey home. Of all the requests that I ask of all living men and women is at least the respect of the dead; and
iii. Upon my death I request that no elaborate funeral arrangements are made. I request merely a simple funeral of all denominations who wish to attend. I do not request for a funeral to be held in a church, but in a place that can be afforded and is thought most appropriate by the Executor given assets and debts.
iv.Upon my death after three days of resting in state, I request that my body be cremated and that my ashes be scattered into the Sea. This shall be because my body is the Earth and at its end it should return to the Earth. It is also because I want no monument to my death other than the life of the ideas to which I am known.
V. No Monuments
i.Upon my death I request that no monument, idol or icon of any kind be forged in my name or in my memory. I request that nowhere in form shall my name exist; and
ii.Upon my death, I request that all photos, film and images be erased, so that there exists no image of me, no visual memory; and
iii.Upon my death, I request that my name be erased from people lips and minds. That I shall never be praised, nor remembered. As if I had never existed except for the immortal existence of UCA and UCADIA models and free societies; and
iv. Do not let me be remembered as a great man, but a man. A great man is one who shows self discipline, who never lies, who cares for his children and his community never seeking fame or fortune; and
v. That I be remembered as a sovereign man is the greatest compliment. It does me honor in spite of my arrogance, my failings and weaknesses; and
vi. For the greatest knowledge that I have ever found in my life is to understand that to the greatest office I have ever held is not Architect, but the Office of Sovereign Man, that such an office is the ultimate gift of the universe- greater than any messiah; and
vii.For I have felt joy. For I have experienced pleasure. I have endured pain. I have struggled through loneliness and self doubt. For I have been human and for that I am truly blessed; and
viii.None then should praise me. This I truly do not deserve. No good is done in making me to be more than what I was. Such acts take the light from the true heroes- men and women who give their lives for others. Honest people, greater than I could ever be.
ix.Let my name fade. Let time consign me to oblivion. UCADIA is immortal existing now and forever.
VI. My personal effects and debts
i.Upon my death, I request that my personal effects be divided equally amongst my family according to the will of the Executor so that each person feels if they so wish, they might have something of mine which I myself have felt had some value. And by my last will and testament I ask that a remainder of personal items be left so that they may be disposed by the casting of lots, without price placed on their value, but the winning of a chance by those who wish to bid; and
ii.Upon my death, I request the Executor to effect the repayment of any debts from the sale of assets in my name and for the balance of any debt repayment to be available to be allocated as according to this document; and
iii.Upon my death, I humbly request that if the claimed debts owed is greater than the assets, then the creditors agree to erase the remaining debt so that my death is no burden to any living man or woman.
VII. No right of deceased estate to UCA nor UCADIA
i.Upon my death, no right shall exist whatsoever for any claim by the estate over any or all of the knowledge, authority, authorship, ownership, royalties, rights, benefits of UCADIA and the knowledge of Unique Collective Awareness.
VIII. Administration of assets held in temporary trust
i. Should my death occur within the period of temporary administration of a UCADIA Society, I hereby give full authority to the members of that Free Society to claim from the estate by Right all ownership, license keys, domain name keys, database records, software and database records and any other official materials required to maintain the independence and life of the particular Free Society.
IX. Allocation of any assets
i.I hope upon my death to be no burden to anyone name within this document that that my assets shall exceed my debts so that no one may be burdened financially by my death; and
ii.Upon the Executor paying all debts owed and upon remaining assets of value remaining, I request the following allocation: That sufficient value of assets is provided to my life partner such that these assets are valued or will be valued to secure a home and provided income of her needs. Should the value of assets be higher, then it shall be that a maximum of one third (1/3rd) the total value of assets is provided to my life partner; and
ii.In the event that assets of sufficient value remain such that the provision of a home and income to my life partner is sufficient, then the remaining two third shall be allocated thus: One third of my remaining assets shall be allocated to those closest to me and who have helped in the development of the UCADIAN model, to be divided equally amongst them; and
ii.The final third of my remaining assets to be divided equally amongst my immediate family or their closest living heirs.
X. My final wish
i.Finally, it is my wish, my 8th and final dream that the ideas contained within the UCADIAN model, of the end of war in heaven, of new technology, of peace on earth, of the protection of the earth, of new learning systems of the end of poverty may become real; and
ii.In seeing some, part or all of that dream coming true, that I am remembered as a man.
Therefore upon this Pronouncement, warranted by Our Sovereign Right, upon necessity, We invoke our final words, with the considerate judgment of all sovereign men and women living and deceased and the gracious favor of our common Divine Creator; and
I affirm all the above my final will and testament,
On behalf of myself with me by my hand and seal this day,
In the truth ...
