I. This Pronouncement
i.Whoever has ears, let them hear! Whoever has eyes, let them see!By Right, Power and Authority of the Sovereign Rights as Pronounced by Our Pronouncement De Pronuntionis Architectus being known also as The Pronouncement of The Architect of UCA and UCADIA as a Supreme Free Sovereign we make these further pronouncements known collectively as De Pronuntionis UCADIA and also known as the Pronouncement of UCADIA - Symbolic Models of Structure and Meaning of Unique Collective Awareness; and
ii.These Sovereign Rights may be taken in official original document form and spoken form to represent one complete set of Rights and the highest of all Original Sovereign Law with the other Pronouncements we make; and
iii.When referring to Our Sovereign Pronouncements collectively it may also be taken both in printed form and spoken word that we mean the complete and accurate set of Rights as the highest of all Original Sovereign Law.
II. The Use of Rights Pronounced as Original Law
i. By Our Right, Our Hand and our Voice we solemnly pledge our most sacred sovereign act to use these Pronouncements and all Our Sovereign Rights for the betterment of our neighbour, our community respecting at all times due process and the living law; and
ii. Whilst Our Rights may permit the strongest of remedy against an injury inflicted upon Us and to the body of the Living Law, our goal shall be at all times to present fair and proportional remedy, not to exceed fair remedy and to seek positive solutions for the benefit of all parties; and
iii. We shall at all times remain respectful to the Office and Obligations of Sovereign and shall demonstrate respect for and kindness for others, as we may seek respect to be shown to Us, even when such respect is not demonstrated to Us.
III. Models of Unique Collective Awareness
i. While the name and understanding of the name Unique Collective Awareness may not visibly be applied to different collective associations of men and women, the name applies universally to any group of men, woman and living things organized into some form of society under law; and
ii. The quality and strength of any model of Unique Collective Awareness being a society of laws under which a small or large group of living beings live may be determined according to its recognition of the inherent natural laws of existence and the universe as demonstrated by the Natural Laws of UCA - Unique Collective Awareness; and
IV. Negative Models of Society
i.When a model of society displays a lack of respect or no respect towards the sovereign life of men and women, then it automatically is unnatural and not a positive model; and
ii.When such models of society permit the murder and torture of living men and women without the men and women responsible being held to account, then it is an evil model of society; and
iii.When such models of society exist that seek to strip the rights of men and woman to fair law, to be heard, to have their property rights respected, then such models injure the living law and fair remedy is needed.
V. Official of any society is obligated to bring remedy
i. It is the most fundamental of all obligations of office throughout history, that the man or woman who holds high office must bring remedy on behalf of the law to protect the law; and
ii. When a high office fails to render their duty unto the law and bring fair remedy, they cease to represent the law and it remains to another who can demonstrate the authority to represent the living law to bring fair remedy.
VI. The Need for Fair Remedy and new Models
i.There exists a pressing and urgent need for fair remedy in the form of new models of societies that may enable living men and women to continue to practice their beliefs and continue to live their lives, with improved prospects of employment, wealth, health and happiness without requiring any major change or interruption to their daily lives and relationships; and
ii.As such models must address the complete fabric of the existence of a fair and free society, these models must demonstrate a level of precise and fair remedy that is equal in detail yet superior in form to the present negative systems of law of alternative societies; and
iii.This implies most clearly that such knowledge as is demonstrated by the seven (7) Patents of UCADIA is insufficient on its own to effect sufficient fair remedy unless it also specifically provides remedy to the needs of societies of living men and women across the planet Earth; and
iv. Whilst the task of rendering fair remedy for all living men and women on planet Earth is not of itself an unprecedented challenge, there exists the same urgent and pressing need for fair remedy upon life and planet Earth herself and the race Homo Sapien Sapiens; and
v. This implies an obligation for any fair remedy on behalf of the Divine Creator to also render cure to life, the spirit of life and planet Earth as a singular conscious being; and
vi. Whilst the task of rendering fair remedy for all living men and woman and all life on planet Earth is not of itself an unprecedented and historic challenge, there exists the same urgent and pressing need for fair remedy not only for the living but deceased souls of the departed who remain collectively, or singularly in a state of perpetual hell on account of our belief and continued worship to divided states of heavens and hells; and
vii. This implies an obligation for any fair remedy on behalf of the Divine Creator to also render cure to the entire spiritual life of men and women, living and deceased who exist in either a state of heaven or a state of hell so that all those departed men and women existing in a state of hell may be legally and spiritually rendered free and injury to the Divine Creator may be healed by an Act of Divine and Supreme Compassion; and
viii. Whilst the task of rendering fair remedy for all spirits of deceased men and women to heal the war in heaven, bringing peace in heaven and an end to hell, thus restoring the spiritual collective soul of the race Homo Sapien Sapiens to a greater spiritual force is not a singularly historic aspiration, there exists but one more challenge to bring fair remedy to our Sun and Solar System in the restoration of not one by two living water planets, in bringing life back to the surface of Mars; and
ix. This implies an obligation for any fair remedy on behalf of the Divine Creator to also render cure to the entire Solar System and Sun as a living being and consciousness that will be greater sustained in life by the existence of two water planets and the Earth in having a life partner in the restoring to life of Mars and Mars have a new artificially grown Moon to help re-establish condensed atmosphere and the collection of gases to permit oceans, rain and sustained life approximating Earth life.
VII. UCADIA Model
i.Using the Natural Laws of the Absolute, the Universe and Divine Creator as defined by the Seven (7) UCADIA Patents, UCADIA is a model of fair remedy for and on behalf of the Divine Creator; and
ii.The UCADIA Model provides fair remedy to Unique Collective Awareness in the development of fair uses for the wisdom of UCA as defined in the Seven (7) Patents; and
iii.The UCADIA Model provides fair remedy to all men or women, living or deceased through the model of Sovereign man and woman as defined by the Natural Laws of UCA demonstrating their absolute freedom and rights as immortal beings instanced for a period as flesh and blood beings; and
iv.The UCADIA Model provides fair remedy to collectives of living men and women as societies by demonstrating original law, charters, and other legal instruments to effect a fair set of by-laws for a free society of free sovereign men and women that have the supreme right to live in peace, harmony and happiness; and
v.The UCADIA Model provides fair remedy to the collectives of deceased men and women existing in states variously previously described as heaven or hell whereby by divine compassion of the divine creator, a covenant exists for the abolition of all forms of hell and the healing of the singular soul of Homo Sapien Sapiens through the formation of the covenant of One heaven, a treaty between all the states of spirits; and
vi.The UCADIA Model provides fair remedy to collectives of living men and women sharing common spiritual beliefs in the fulfillment of their beliefs and the validation of the unique culture so that in freely choosing to separate from a spiritual society that diminishes their spirit, that provides counterfeit wisdom and enslaves the spirit that a fair society exists with superior beliefs whilst retaining the unique positive moral fabric of the inferior alternate by further demonstrating original law, charters, and other legal instruments to effect a fair set of by-laws for a free spiritual society of free sovereign men and women that have the supreme right to worship the Divine Creator in their way, to live in peace, harmony and happiness; and
vii.The UCADIA Model provides fair remedy to the spirit of all life and the spirit of the singular Earth through the demonstration of unprecedented spiritual healing, thereby assisting in the healing of the collective animal spirit of the Earth and the collective life spirit of the Earth including the formation of Free Societies dedicated to Healing the Earth and Protecting the Earth; and
viii.The UCADIA Model provides fair remedy to the Sun and to the Solar System through the demonstration of the plan and model to create an artificial growing moon for Mars so that it may compress the atmosphere thus enabling water to form and an atmosphere similar to Earth; and
VIII. Free Sovereign Man or Woman
i. By the Natural Laws of Unique Collective Awareness, living men and women, whether conscious of it or not, belong to the collective consciousness in layers of Unique Collective Awareness such that if one Unita, of One Super Sub Atomic Particle of one Sub Atomic Particle of one Atom of one Cell in your body ceased to exist, the Universe and Existence would cease to exist; and
ii.Thereby the demonstration of the most detailed, most comprehensive, complete, perfect model of the Universe through the Natural Laws of UCA within the Seven (7) UCADIA patents, a living man or woman is an immortal being of consciousness of the greater collective awareness that cannot be destroyed, nor trapped, nor sold, nor tricked other than through the use of false awareness, false knowledge that you can; and
iii.By the very nature of the Universe, the life being represented by a living man or woman is at the centre and heart of Universal Consciousness whereby we are smaller than planets, yet can feel the warmth of the sun, we are larger than insects, but sometimes see the power of a clear unique collective awareness; and
iv.We, each man or woman is born Sovereign. We, each of Us have Free and Unencumbered Title over our Bodies, our Minds, our Souls, our faces and voice and name. No man or woman or person has the right to take that away from you other than by false trickery.
IX. Free Spiritual Societies
i. By Absolute Right and Authority of Office of The Architect We hereby create by pronouncement the existence of One Heaven also known as the United Free States of Spirits as direct remedy to all deceased men, woman and higher order beings as well as to all living men and women. By Virtue of our Office, our Sovereign Right and with respect to Due Process of Law, we hereby pronounce the creation and existence of the Sacred and Divine Covenant for One Heaven known as Pactum De Singularis Caelum being the By-Laws and Articles by which One Heaven shall live now and forever more; and
ii.By Absolute Right and Authority of Office of The Architect We hereby create by pronouncement the existence of One Faith of God also known as the United Free Faith Society of Sovereign Christians and Jews as direct remedy to all living men and women who respect the history and beliefs of christianity, and Judaism but reject the deliberate distortions and corruptions that keep both faiths apart and corrupt christian churches in power. By Virtue of our Office, our Sovereign Right and with respect to Due Process of Law, we hereby pronounce the creation and existence of the Sacred and Divine Covenant for One Faith of God known as Pactum De Singularis Fidei being the By-Laws and Articles by which One Faith of God shall live now and forever more; and
iii.By Absolute Right and Authority of Office of The Architect We hereby create by pronouncement the existence of One Islam also known as the United Free Faith of Islam as direct remedy to all living men and women who respect the word of Allah and the true words of the Prophets but reject the corruptions that have brought madness and bloodshed. By Virtue of our Office, our Sovereign Right and with respect to Due Process of Law, we hereby pronounce the creation and existence of the Sacred and Divine Covenant for One Islam known as Pactum De Singularis Islam being the By-Laws and Articles by which One Islam shall live now and forever more; and
iv.By Absolute Right and Authority of Office of The Architect We hereby create by pronouncement the existence of One Spirit Tribe also known as the United Free Faith of Spiritual Wisdom as direct remedy to all living men and women who respect the history and culture of the Hindu Faith, the faith of Buddhism and indigenous cultures and faiths of the first peoples on the land but wish to retain a stronger connection to the Universe and the Greater Power. By Virtue of our Office, our Sovereign Right and with respect to Due Process of Law, we hereby pronounce the creation and existence of the Sacred and Divine Covenant for One Spirit Tribe known as Pactum De Singularis Spiritus being the By-Laws and Articles by which One Spirit Tribe shall live now and forever more; and
v.By Absolute Right and Authority of Office of The Architect We hereby create by pronouncement the existence of One Evil also known as the United Free Faith of Misaligned and Misguided Minds as direct remedy to all living men and women who by their actions associate themselves with misaligned views of society, misaligned deeds and misguided minds in direct contradiction to the model of UCA and UCADIA.
X. Free Community Societies
i. By Absolute Right and Authority of Office of The Architect We hereby create by pronouncement the existence of the Globe Union also known as the Globe Union of Free Societies over the whole Earth and Sea being a Union of Unions of Free Societies as direct remedy to all living men and women to see their sovereign rights from birth respected and honored by free association to a global free society. By Virtue of our Office, our Sovereign Right and with respect to Due Process of Law, we hereby pronounce the creation and existence of the Supremely Sacred and Royal Charter for the Globe Union known as Cartae Sacrorum De Congregatio Globus being the By-Laws and Articles by which the Globe Union shall live and function now and forever more; and
ii. By Absolute Right and Authority of Office of The Architect We hereby create by pronouncement the existence of the Africans Union also known as the Africans Union of Free Societies over the Earth and Sea as direct remedy to all living men and women of the region to see their sovereign rights from birth respected and honored by free association to a regional union of free societies being also itself a singular free society. By Virtue of our Office, our Sovereign Right and with respect to Due Process of Law, we hereby pronounce the creation and existence of the Supremely Sacred and Royal Charter for the Africans Union known as Cartae Sacrorum De Congregatio Africans being the By-Laws and Articles by which the Africans Union shall live and function now and forever more; and
iii. By Absolute Right and Authority of Office of The Architect We hereby create by pronouncement the existence of the Americas Union also known as the Americas Union of Free Societies over the Earth and Sea as direct remedy to all living men and women of the region to see their sovereign rights from birth respected and honored by free association to a regional union of free societies being also itself a singular free society. By Virtue of our Office, our Sovereign Right and with respect to Due Process of Law, we hereby pronounce the creation and existence of the Supremely Sacred and Royal Charter for the Americas Union known as Cartae Sacrorum De Congregatio Americas being the By-Laws and Articles by which the Americas Union shall live and function now and forever more; and
iv. By Absolute Right and Authority of Office of The Architect We hereby create by pronouncement the existence of the Asia Union also known as the Asia Union of Free Societies over the Earth and Sea as direct remedy to all living men and women of the region to see their sovereign rights from birth respected and honored by free association to a regional union of free societies being also itself a singular free society. By Virtue of our Office, our Sovereign Right and with respect to Due Process of Law, we hereby pronounce the creation and existence of the Supremely Sacred and Royal Charter for the Asia Union known as Cartae Sacrorum De Congregatio Asia being the By-Laws and Articles by which the Asia Union shall live and function now and forever more; and
v. By Absolute Right and Authority of Office of The Architect We hereby create by pronouncement the existence of the Arabian Union also known as the Arabian Union of Free Societies over the Earth and Sea as direct remedy to all living men and women of the region to see their sovereign rights from birth respected and honored by free association to a regional union of free societies being also itself a singular free society. By Virtue of our Office, our Sovereign Right and with respect to Due Process of Law, we hereby pronounce the creation and existence of the Supremely Sacred and Royal Charter for the Arabian Union known as Cartae Sacrorum De Congregatio Arabia being the By-Laws and Articles by which the Arabian Union shall live and function now and forever more; and

By Absolute Right and Authority of Office of The Architect We hereby create by pronouncement the existence of the Euro Union also known as the Euro Union of Free Societies over the Earth and Sea as direct remedy to all living men and women of the region to see their sovereign rights from birth respected and honored by free association to a regional union of free societies being also itself a singular free society. By Virtue of our Office, our Sovereign Right and with respect to Due Process of Law, we hereby pronounce the creation and existence of the Supremely Sacred and Royal Charter for the Euro Union known as Cartae Sacrorum De Congregatio Europa being the By-Laws and Articles by which the Euro Union shall live and function now and forever more; and
vii. By Absolute Right and Authority of Office of The Architect We hereby create by pronouncement the existence of the Oceanic Union also known as the Oceanic Union of Free Societies over the Earth and Sea as direct remedy to all living men and women of the region to see their sovereign rights from birth respected and honored by free association to a regional union of free societies being also itself a singular free society. By Virtue of our Office, our Sovereign Right and with respect to Due Process of Law, we hereby pronounce the creation and existence of the Supremely Sacred and Royal Charter for the Oceanic Union known as Cartae Sacrorum De Congregatio Oceania being the By-Laws and Articles by which the Oceanic Union shall live and function now and forever more; and
XI. Free Specialist Societies
i. By Absolute Right and Authority of Office of The Architect We hereby create by pronouncement the existence of the Heal The Earth Society also known as the Free Society for the Healing and Sustainment of a more Natural Earth including the creation and existence of its Sacred Sovereign Charter as direct remedy to build a socially conscious community recognizing smarter living techniques and the urgent need for environmental change; and
ii. By Absolute Right and Authority of Office of The Architect We hereby create by pronouncement the existence of the Protect The Earth Society also known as the Free Society for the Protection of Earth and Life including the creation and existence of its Sacred Sovereign Charter as direct remedy to protect the Earth from extraterrestrial events that may cause widespread damage and death, particularly large comets and asteroids; and
iii. By Absolute Right and Authority of Office of The Architect We hereby create by pronouncement the existence of the Give Mars Life Society also known as the Free Society for the Creation of an Artificial Moon for Mars including the creation and existence of its Sacred Sovereign Charter as direct remedy to the Sun and the Solar System in creating a second water planet thereby increasing the attractiveness of our Solar System for comets by fourfold, thereby allowing four times more Hydrogen to be brought into Our Sun from outside the Solar System by Comets, thereby also giving our Earth a living Partner in the heavens; and
iv. By Absolute Right and Authority of Office of The Architect We hereby create by pronouncement the existence of the One Corp Society also known as the Free Society of Ethical Transnational Corporations including the creation and existence of its Sacred Sovereign Charter as direct remedy to the clear distinction between transnational brands and corporations that recognize the value of ethics and the model of UCA and UCADIA and support its goals and those multinational corporations that do not; and
v. By Absolute Right and Authority of Office of The Architect We hereby create by pronouncement the existence of the 2nd Chances Society also known as the Free Society for the assistance of unemployed and people suffering hardship including the creation and existence of its Sacred Sovereign Charter as direct remedy to all those who are unemployed and in need of direct assistance by registering members and volunteers so that jobs can be advertised, assistance can be offered and help can be directed; and
vi. By Absolute Right and Authority of Office of The Architect We hereby create by pronouncement the existence of the My Life Matters Society also known as the Free Society for the assistance of those in dire emotional hardship including the creation and existence of its Sacred Sovereign Charter as direct remedy to all who are suffering from depression, anxiety and any other forms of illness including suffering extreme emotional stress; and
vii. By Absolute Right and Authority of Office of The Architect We hereby create by pronouncement the existence of the Psygos Society also known as the Free Society for the mind of unique collective awareness including the creation and existence of its Sacred Sovereign Charter as direct remedy to the corrupted and plagued sciences surrounding the mind so that a clear and concise order of common sense may return to the analysis and theories of the mind now in light of Unique Collective Awareness; and
viii. By Absolute Right and Authority of Office of The Architect We hereby create by pronouncement the existence of the Civila Society also known as the Free Society for sustainable living communities including the creation and existence of its Sacred Sovereign Charter as direct remedy to the development and re-development of urban centres into clean, beautiful, safe, sustainable centres of living communities; and
ix. By Absolute Right and Authority of Office of The Architect We hereby create by pronouncement the existence of the Ekelos Society also known as the Free Society for sustainable trade and commerce including the creation and existence of its Sacred Sovereign Charter as direct remedy to societies seeking to trade, to grow their wealth, to expand business, to learn new skills, to increase culture through the pursuit of optimum models of social co-operation and benefit through the UCADIA models and societies; and
x. By Absolute Right and Authority of Office of The Architect We hereby create by pronouncement the existence of the Teknas Society also known as the Free Society for sustainable energy, technology and industry including the creation and existence of its Sacred Sovereign Charter as direct remedy to the genuine pursuit of clean, sustainable and renewable sources of energy, new forms of safe technology and improvements to industry.
XII. National Free Societies
i. By Absolute Right and Authority of Office of The Architect We hereby create by pronouncement the existence of the One Jerusalem Free Society including a Sacred and Royal Charter to bring life to its existence as direct remedy to all living men and women of the planet on Earth who share a belief in the importance and holiness of Jerusalem and the faith that one day a New Jerusalem may exist by permitting all free men and women to join as Members across the planet and for existing Members of one of the Free Faiths of UCADIA to automatically become Members of One Jerusalem Free Society, thereby a Citizen of the New Jerusalem, the One Jerusalem Free Society; and
ii. By Absolute Right and Authority of Office of The Architect having created the Africans Union of Free Societies We hereby create by pronouncement the existence of fifty six (56) Free Societies as Members of the Africans Union each being granted a Sacred and Royal Charter to bring it life as direct remedy to all living men and women of that society with the Free Societies being known as the Free Society of Algeria, Angola, Benin, Botswana, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Cameroon, Cape Verde, Central African Republic, Chad, Comoros, Congo (Brazzaville), Congo (Kinshasa), Cote d'Ivoire, Djibouti, Egypt, Equatorial Guinea, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Gabon, Gambia, The, Ghana, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Kenya, Lesotho, Liberia, Libya, Madagascar, Malawi, Mali, Mauritania, Mauritius, Mayotte, Morocco, Mozambique, Namibia, Niger, Nigeria, Reunion, Rwanda, Sao Tome and Principe, Senegal, Seychelles, Sierra Leone, Somalia, South Africa, Sudan, Swaziland, Tanzania, Togo, Tunisia, Uganda, Western Sahara, Zambia and Zimbabwe; and
iii. By Absolute Right and Authority of Office of The Architect having created the Americas Union of Free Societies We hereby create by pronouncement the existence of forty eight (48) Free Societies as Members of the Americas Union each being granted a Sacred and Royal Charter to bring it life as direct remedy to all living men and women of that society with the Free Societies being known as the Free Society of Anguilla, Antigua and Barbuda, Argentina, Aruba, Bahamas,The, Barbados, Belize, Bermuda, Bolivia, Brazil, Canada, Cayman Islands, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Cuba, Dominica, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, French Guiana, Grenada, Guadeloupe, Guatemala, Guyana, Haiti, Honduras, Jamaica, Martinique, Mexico, Netherlands Antilles, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Puerto Rico, Saint Helena, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Saint Lucia, Saint Pierre, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Suriname, Trinidad and Tobago, Turks and Caicos Islands, United States, Uruguay, Venezuela and Virgin Islands; and

By Absolute Right and Authority of Office of The Architect having created the Arabian Union of Free Societies We hereby create by pronouncement the existence of twenty two (22) Free Societies as Members of the Arabian Union each being granted a Sacred and Royal Charter to bring it life as direct remedy to all living men and women of that society with the Free Societies being known as the Free Society of Afghanistan, Azerbaijan, Bahrain, Iran, Iraq, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Kuwait, Kyrgyzstan, Lebanon, Oman, Pakistan, Palestine, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Syria, Tajikistan, Turkey, Turkmenistan, United Arab Emirates, Uzbekistan, Yemen; and
v. By Absolute Right and Authority of Office of The Architect having created the Asia Union of Free Societies We hereby create by pronouncement the existence of twenty two (22) Free Societies as Members of the Asia Union each being granted a Sacred and Royal Charter to bring it life as direct remedy to all living men and women of that society with the Free Societies being known as the Free Society of Bangladesh, Bhutan, Brunei, Burma, Cambodia, China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Laos, Macau, Malaysia, Mongolia, Nepal, Philippines, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam; and
vi. By Absolute Right and Authority of Office of The Architect having created the Euro Union of Free Societies We hereby create by pronouncement the existence of fifty four (54) Free Societies as Members of the Euro Union each being granted a Sacred and Royal Charter to bring it life as direct remedy to all living men and women of that society with the Free Societies being known as the Free Society of Albania, Andorra, Armenia, Austria, Belarus, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Greenland, Guernsey, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Jersey, Kosovo, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Macedonia, Malta, Man,Isle of, Moldova, Monaco, Montserrat, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Ukraine and United Kingdom; and

By Absolute Right and Authority of Office of The Architect having created the Oceanic Union of Free Societies We hereby create by pronouncement the existence of twenty three (23) Free Societies as Members of the Oceanic Union each being granted a Sacred and Royal Charter to bring it life as direct remedy to all living men and women of that society with the Free Societies being known as the Free Society of American Samoa, Australia, Cook Islands, East Timor, Fiji, French Polynesia, Guam, Kiribati, Maldives, Marshall Islands, Micronesia,Federated States of, Nauru, New Caledonia, New Zealand, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Papua New Guinea, Samoa, Solomon Islands, Tonga, Tuvalu, Vanuatu, Wallis and Futuna; and
XIII. Office of Membership to a Free Society
i.To Each and every one of the two hundred and forty eight (248) Free Societies We Pronounce and Create being the five (5) free spiritual societies, the seven (7) Unions of Free societies, the eleven (11) specialized free societies and the two hundred and twenty five (225) national free societies, We add the Rights and Office of Membership that a Man or Woman may join of their own consent without restraint to become a member of any given society according to the by-laws defined by its sacred charter and covenant; and
ii. The solemn condition of membership of any and all Free Societies We Pronounce and Create is that the man or woman does so by their own free will pronouncing their own Sovereign Rights of Office and Obligations of Office; and
iii.Upon this single requirement and subject to regional/temporal specialty, a man or woman may freely join a Free Society according to its by-laws as a Member of the Free Societies We Pronounce and Create.
XIV. Original Laws of Office of Membership
i. To the Office of Membership of all the Free Societies We Pronounce and Create, We Add the Right to pronounce and promulgate first and original law in the form of one pronouncement of living sovereign status and thirteen (13) official pronouncements of sovereign rights within the form given by The Architect as correct form; and
ii.When a Member of any of the two hundred and forty eight (248) Free Societies We Pronounce and Create does pronounce and promulgate any and all of the thirteen (13) official pronouncements of sovereign rights and their primary pronouncement of living sovereign status, by the Authority given by the Divine Creator to the Office of Architect, such an act shall represent first and original law above all other laws except valid first and original law such as the laws of Unique Collective Awareness and these pronouncements; and
iii.When a Member of any of the two hundred and forty eight (248) Free Societies We Pronounce and Create does pronounce and promulgate their fourteen (14) official pronouncements of sovereign rights and membership, then this Member represents the living sovereign personality of that Society and therefore must be accorded such recognition by the most ancient and highest of all international law; and
iv. As a valid Member of any of the two hundred and forty eight (248) Free Societies We Pronounce and Create represents the living sovereign personality of their Society, when any new member of any Society We Pronounce and Create is recognized, each and every other Society shall hereby grant international sovereign recognition under Treaty as defined by the Original Laws of membership and pronouncements of each Free Society between that new Sovereign Member and the other Society and all its Members such that this Treaty when promulgated must be accorded the same rights as the highest of all treaties and international law; and
v.By this Pronouncement, a Member of any Free Society shall have this Right restricted to only One (1) Pronouncement of Sovereign Status in correct form and the thirteen (13) Pronouncements of Sovereign Rights in the correct form.
XV. Original Law of Sovereign Status
i. The first, primary and original law of sovereign rights is the Original Law of Sovereign Status which is created and exists for each and every Free Society of UCADIA whereby a member upon choosing to have their sovereign rights and obligations recognized does take a form of original sovereign status pronouncement as listed for that society and has it properly sealed and pronounced for themselves as true original sovereign law.
XVI. Original Laws of Sovereign Rights
i. The Original Laws of Sovereign Rights are the original forms of law granted to Members of any Free Society of UCADIA by absolute Divine Right that when by hand and voice and pronounced by a member become 1st and original sovereign law above all laws with other original and true sovereign law consistent with UCA and UCADIA; and
ii.The first of the thirteen Original Laws of Sovereign Rights is created and exists as De Pronuntionis Lex Regia Sacrorum also known as Pronouncement of Sacred Sovereign Law providing remedy to the sacred sovereign rights of all living men and women including but not limited to The Living Law, Sacred Sovereign Law, Legal Custom, Court of Law, Judge, Right to Hold any Court, Attendance and Representation, Matter before the Court, Knowledge and Disclosure, Judgment of Court, Oaths and Court, Testimony and Pleas; and
iii.The second of the thirteen Original Laws of Sovereign Rights is created and exists as De Pronuntionis Sapientiae also known as Pronouncement of Knowledge providing remedy to the sacred sovereign rights of all living men and women including but not limited to Rules, Objects and Existence, Words meaning and System, Data Information and Knowledge, Limits and data items, Preservation of data, information and knowledge, General principles of knowledge systems, unique indexes of knowledge systems, single knowledge architecture and one unique classification system of knowledge; and
iv.The third of the thirteen Original Laws of Sovereign Rights is created and exists as De Pronuntionis Spiritus Verum also known as Pronouncement of Living Rights providing remedy to the sacred sovereign rights of all living men and women including but not limited to the existence of living men and women, living men and women are the same, living men and women are born free, all men and women and sovereign born and all men and women have the right of sovereign title over property; and
v.The fourth of the thirteen Original Laws of Sovereign Rights is created and exists as De Pronuntionis Virtus Naturae also known as Pronouncement of Bioethics providing remedy to the sacred sovereign rights of all living men and women including but not limited to life, hydro-carbon life, hydro-carbon lifeform genome, original form and genome, natural cellular life cycle, natural homo sapien sapiens lifecycle, intellectual property rights of genome material, intellectual property rights of face, body and voice , treatment of animals, quality of human life, choice of mother, dying with dignity, organ donation, human cell harvesting and manufacture and human genetic material testing; and
vi.The fifth of the thirteen Original Laws of Sovereign Rights is created and exists as De Pronuntionis Nutrimens et Medicina also known as Pronouncement of Food and Drugs providing remedy to the sacred sovereign rights of all living men and women including but not limited to natural foods, natural drugs, natural grown food and drugs are free, natural food and animal flesh, natural food and treatment of animals, natural food and endangered or protected animals, right to grow free natural food and drugs, food additives, genetically modified food, food handling, non use, development of artificial (unnatural) narcotic drugs, correct representation of ingredients of food and drugs, production of hazardous food and drugs and marketing and sale of hazardous foods and drugs; and
vii.The sixth of the thirteen Original Laws of Sovereign Rights is created and exists as De Pronuntionis Privatus et Securum also known as Pronouncement of Privacy and Security providing remedy to the sacred sovereign rights of all living men and women including but not limited to intellectual property rights of face, body, name and voice, physical security and safety, right to defend physical security and safety, data, information and knowledge, rights of ownership of information, rights of privacy of personal digital information, rights of safety of personal digital information and identity, due diligence in the recorded access and use of personal digital information, freedom of access to personal digital information and freedom of private association
viii.The seventh of the thirteen Original Laws of Sovereign Rights is created and exists as De Pronuntionis Obligatum et Pactum also known as Pronouncement of Obligation and Agreement providing remedy to the sacred sovereign rights of all living men and women including but not limited to sovereign obligation, contract and agreement; and
ix.The eighth of the thirteen Original Laws of Sovereign Rights is created and exists as De Pronuntionis Possessionis et Hereditas also known as Pronouncement of Property and Succession providing remedy to the sacred sovereign rights of all living men and women including but not limited to property, right of property ownership, types of property, rights of land property, intellectual property rights of face, body, name and voice, disclosure of all property held in custody by society, bonds and other instruments created against a member of a society, certificates and other official documents created against a member of a society and succession; and
x.The ninth of the thirteen Original Laws of Sovereign Rights is created and exists as De Pronuntionis Pecuniae et Divitiae also known as Pronouncement of Money and Wealth providing remedy to the sacred sovereign rights of all living men and women including but not limited to money, supreme credit, structure of supreme credit, official blessing of supreme credit, face value relationship of a supreme credit, forbiddance to deface, destroy or create replica of supreme credit, first distribution of supreme credits, forbiddance of usury, supreme credits and credits in circulation, contribution to a society, fairest contribution to a society and taxes are theft and unlawful by a free society; and
xi.The tenth of the thirteen Original Laws of Sovereign Rights is created and exists as De Pronuntionis Labor et Itus also known as Pronouncement of Work and Travel providing remedy to the sacred sovereign rights of all living men and women including but not limited to work, work and education, work and effort, work and provision of services for fair compensation, work and payment for services, travel, freedom to travel between societies, right to issue travel documents and certificates and diplomatic rights to be respected by societies; and
xii.The eleventh of the thirteen Original Laws of Sovereign Rights is created and exists as De Pronuntionis Canonum et Larum also known as Pronouncement of Standards and Custom providing remedy to the sacred sovereign rights of all living men and women including but not limited to standards, legal standards, order of succession of standards, standards of remedy, status of standards of a society versus another society and customs; and
xiii.The twelfth of the thirteen Original Laws of Sovereign Rights is created and exists as De Pronuntionis Spiritus Civitatis also known as Pronouncement of Community Living providing remedy to the sacred sovereign rights of all living men and women including but not limited to social need of men and women, social communities, purpose of an enlightened social community, structural components of a community and the responsibility of citizenship; and
xiv.The thirteenth of the thirteen Original Laws of Sovereign Rights is created and exists as De Pronuntionis Pactum Civitatis also known as Pronouncement of Treaties of Societies providing remedy to the sacred sovereign rights of all living men and women including but not limited to ancient agreements between societies, international law, The International rights of recognition of all Free Societies, International Treaty of Sovereign Recognition and Rights, International Treaty of Original Law, Charters and By-Laws and International Treaty of Instruments and Documents; and
XVII. Assignment of all secular society models to the 4th Great Seal of the Old Covenant
i.By the Power and Authority vested in the Office of The Architect by the Divine Creator, the Offices, Titles and Seals of Leaders and Sovereigns of society and law who have demonstrated failure to render fair remedy unto the living law are henceforth assigned and granted to the Office of The Architect as the supreme spiritual and sovereign office bestowed by the Divine Creator; and
ii.By the Power and Authority of the Divine Creator, such Office as Leader or Sovereign of a Society carries with it the solemn obligation to render fair remedy to the men and women of that society when claiming original law that is supposed to represent the power and authority of the Divine Creator. So having disgraced their office by failing to render fair remedy to the living law thus injuring the law, these same men and women demonstrate contempt and lack of due process for the superior laws of the Divine Creator under whose authority they first claim their rights; and
iii.By the Power and Authority vested in the Office of The Architect by the Divine Creator the Offices, Titles and Seals of Leaders and Sovereigns of society and law who have demonstrated failure to render fair remedy unto the living law are bound to The Office of Architect are sealed under a Great Seal known as the 4th Seal of the Old Covenant and also the 4th Great Seal of Revelations and also the 4th Great Seal of the End of Days as the Great Seal of Sovereign Law; and
iv.Now upon the existence of the 4th Great Seal of the Old Covenant, no man or woman, living or deceased may claim any authority by the Offices, Titles, Seals and Instruments of Leaders and Sovereigns who have failed to demonstrate fair remedy to the living law to their societies other than The Architect; and
v. Any such injury to this right shall be automatically null and voided from the beginning.
XI. Assignment of all spiritual society models to the 5th Great Seal of the Old Covenant
i.By the Power and Authority vested in the Office of The Architect by the Divine Creator, the Offices, Titles and Seals of Leaders spiritual societies and law who have demonstrated failure to render fair remedy unto the living law and commands of the Divine Creator are henceforth assigned and granted to the Office of The Architect as the supreme spiritual and sovereign office bestowed by the Divine Creator; and
ii.By the Power and Authority of the Divine Creator, such Office as Spiritual Leader of a Spiritual Society carries with it even a much greater solemn obligation than secular leaders to render fair remedy to the men and women of that society when claiming original law that is supposed to represent the power and authority of the Divine Creator. So having disgraced their office by failing to render fair remedy to the living law thus injuring the law, these same men and some women demonstrate the highest contempt and lack of due process for the superior laws of the Divine Creator under whose authority they first claim their rights; and
iii.By the Power and Authority vested in the Office of The Architect by the Divine Creator, the Offices, Titles and Seals of Leaders of spiritual societies and law who have demonstrated failure to render fair remedy unto the living law and commands of the Divine Creator are bound to The Office of Architect and are sealed under a Great Seal known as the 5th Seal of the Old Covenant and also the 5th Great Seal of Revelations and also the 5th Great Seal of the End of Days also as The Great Seal of Spiritual Law; and
iv.Now upon the existence of the 5th Great Seal of the Old Covenant, no man or woman, living or deceased may claim higher secular nor spiritual legal Seal other than The Architect; and
iv. Any such injury to this right shall be automatically null and voided from the beginning.
XI. Assignment of the present societies of heaven and hell to the 6th Great Seal of the Old Covenant
i.By the Power and Authority vested in the Office of The Architect by the Divine Creator, all Seals of the states of spirits and higher order beings in Heaven and Hell under Divine Authority of the one and only Divine Creator are henceforth assigned and granted to the Office of The Architect as the supreme spiritual and sovereign office of Heaven, Hell and Earth bestowed by the Divine Creator; and
ii.The Highest Spirits and Spiritual Forces of all the Heavens and all the Hells are hereby commanded to recognize the absolute Authority of The Architect as the holder and Keeper of all Seals by Divine Order including but not limited to all Great Spirits including Lucifer also known as Satan also known as The Devil also known as Ba'al Moloch and many other names, all lesser Gods and lesser spirits, all ArchAngels and Arch Demons, all Great Saints and Evil Men and Women, all departed men and women from the beginning; and
iii.By the Power and Authority vested in the Office of The Architect by the Divine Creator, these Highest Spiritual Offices and their Seals of Office are bound to The Office of Architect and are sealed under a Great Seal known as the 6th Seal of the Old Covenant and also the 6th Great Seal of Revelations and also the 6th Great Seal of the End of Days also as The Great Seal of Heaven and Hell; and
iv.Now upon the existence of the 6th Great Seal of the Old Covenant, no great spirit or lesser spirit, nor any man or woman, living or deceased may claim higher authority over Heaven, Earth and Hell by legal Seal other than The Architect; and
v. Any such injury to this right shall be automatically null and voided from the beginning.
Upon this Pronouncement we recognize the immutable fact that Our Sovereign Right is derived from the demonstrated proof of our Divine Creator in Unique Collective Awareness (UCA) that we are both one and unique, whilst being part of the many, the collective of all Awareness. In so being, We have full right to Claim both the authority and powers bestowed by the Divine Creator; and
Upon this Pronouncement we recognize a further immutable fact that if any sovereign man or woman, living or deceased is not free, then We cannot rightly proclaim our Own freedom; and
Therefore upon this Pronouncement, warranted by Our Sovereign Right, upon necessity, We invoke both our freedom and these Rights for Ourselves and for and on behalf of all men and women, living or deceased, with the considerate judgment of all sovereign men and women living and deceased and the gracious favor of our common Divine Creator; and
I affirm all the above supreme law, AB INITIO (FROM THE BEGINNING),
