| UCADIA is a system of models of knowledge, beliefs, law, economics, finance and money, language, learning and prosperity designed to help people and communities restore the health and well being of their lives, their families and societies, improve the quality and balance of life and the fulfilment of the promise of “heaven on earth” to this planet, namely: |

| UCADIA stands for Unique Collective Awareness of DIA. A DIA are pure symbolic representations of meaning, the units of meaning upon which the UCADIAN language of pure symbolic semantic meaning is constructed. |
| Unique Collective Awareness (‘UCA”) means the unique collection of all things, a pure concept defined as the ultimate paradox, the absolute. The relationships of UCA are reflected in the first seven (7) patents. |

| The underlying and core idea of Ucadia is that “life is a dream of awareness in motion according to rules being the manifestation of the universe and that we are both part of the Unique Collective Awareness in motion and its personification”: |

| + As we are manifested within the dream of the Universe, we are also bound by the rules of the dream. However, the essence by which we identify ourselves beyond the physical being the “me” or the “self” is a construct of awareness and so is immortal; and |

| Frank O’Collins is the inventor, author and founder of UCADIA, having started to write and research the core philosophies of UCADIA over 27 years ago back in 1985. UCADIA was then founded in name UCADIA in 1995 and the first website was launched in 2001. |
| The development of UCADIA from 1995 onwards was due to major personal life change by Frank O’Collins as reflected in part by the 7 Dreams. Firstly, UCADIA was a reflection of a personal journey in search of knowledge and truth. Secondly, UCADIA evolved from the promise of sharing the knowledge with others and thirdly, to help others find was to best apply useful knowledge to their own problems and the wider problems of the world. |

| Frank O’Collins has been the sole Architect of UCADIA and core material until 2012. Until 2010, no other individuals had even contributed in terms of editing, contributions, debate and discussion. An early attempt at securing support was started in 2009 but without success. However, thanks to significant improvements in the technology support behind the Ucadia websites, a key band of support has worked tirelessly to assist in the elimination of grammatical and typographical errors as well as highlight mistakes or logic flaws throughout the parts of the Ucadia model. |
| The goal of UCADIA post 2012 remains that the custodianship and future of UCADIA will involve its transition to a trust relation with suitably competent and thoughtful trustees able to manage its development in the future. This process of transition remains ongoing. |

| Frank O’Collins has extensive experience having worked in politics, finance and software/technology. While not having a formal qualification (after dropping out of an arts degree in music and then a degree in economics), he has been an active reader of non-fiction is entire life of over 15,000 books and hundreds of thousands of excerpts in researching and acquiring competence in the subject matters outlined through the Ucadia model. |

| Q8. Who helped fund the creation and update of UCADIA? |
| Up until 2011, the sole funding for the creation and development of UCADIA has been through the personal investment and efforts of its founder Frank O’Collins. To date, UCADIA has never been supported by any benefactors, organization support, patrons, major donations or any other direct or indirect external financial assistance whatsoever. |
| The reason for the complete absence of any external support until 2011 is that UCADIA was formed under the solemn and sacred promise of being not-for-profit or personal gain. Given the growing interest in being able to support, in 2011, UCADIA started accepting donations from people who subscribe to some of the ideas within the UCADIA model or support the cause of its development and publication. |
| In the future, it is hoped that Ucadia based communities will emerge and be capable of their own funding and support. Development of this goal remains ongoing. |

| Because of the hundreds of thousands of pages and over 50+ web sites, it is easy to be overwhelmed with UCADIA. | No. Frank O’Collins is not a current member or affiliate of any political or religious or secret society or group or association. Nor has Frank O’Collins ever been associated with any secret society or group or association. Any claims to the contrary are completely disinformation, deliberately malicious and designed to confuse and diminish the value of the content presented within the Ucadia model. |
| Frank O’Collins was raised in a traditional Irish heritage Catholic family in Australia, but no longer has any formal ties to the church. A one-time member of the Liberal Party of Australia up until 1994/5, Frank O’Collins has never been a member or associate of any radical group or movement. |

| The Information contained in the Ucadian model up until 2010 has come from three principle sources: (1) Detailed reading and analysis of thousands of texts and articles on a wide variety of subjects from physics, chemistry, history, sociology, biology, mathematics, politics, economics etc read by Frank O’Collins; (2) Original invention and critical analysis by Frank O’Collins on the thousands of texts and articles written, producing unique perspectives on the material written; and (3) Divine inspiration. |

| Where a direct quote of information is reproduced in any way within any of the writing on any site of UCADIA, an embedded citation is listed. However, UCADIA does not adhere to the Roman citation method that requires all arguments to be based on the assumption of referenced primary texts in order to be legitimate. |
| UCADIA is building its own citation system due to be ready by 2014/15 enabling cross referencing to verifiable texts that are not fraudulent or forgeries. Until then, requests for citations and sources cannot be processed. |

| Many elements of the UCADIA model have been submitted to academic and industry experts for their review over the years, including the fields of physics, philosophy, chemistry and mathematics. However, in almost all cases due to the lack of adherence to established academic protocols for precisely how new research is recognized as valid, no official validations have yet been given (as at 2013) to any of the information contained in UCADIA. |

| As repeatedly demonstrated by over 100 recorded and archived audio discussions, dozens of radio interviews, workshops and published articles, Frank O’Collins has never claimed or inferred to himself as any kind of guru or messiah. In fact, UCADIA has an entire chapter devoted to explain the illness affecting many—but not the author—who openly or secretly believe themselves to be messiahs, called “messiah Syndrome”. |
Any claims to the contrary is a deliberate misrepresentation of an overwhelming amount of evidence and clearly designed to cause injury, harm and distract people from reading and knowing the information contained within the Ucadia model.

| No, UCADIA is not some kind of new religion. Many elements of UCADIA refer to religion and extend certain narratives and belief systems concerning religious history as key models. However, all religious references and information remains firmly in the context of models of society and society function and not as an exclusive separation from existing religious and cultural beliefs. |

| UCADIA in no way can be called a cult, unless the individual making such accusations wishes to deliberately misrepresent UCADIA for some ulterior motive. By definition, such a slander implies “some kind of unorthodox or spurious religion”—in other words against orthodox religious beliefs and without sound foundation. UCADIA demonstrates through its religious models a fulfilment of orthodox beliefs, not a conflict. Furthermore, UCADIA demonstrates comprehensive scriptural references and frameworks—again contrary to any poorly founded fringe group. Therefore, any claim of UCADIA being a cult must be treated as deliberately false and/or misinformed. |
