De Pronuntionis Pactum Architectus | Pronouncement of Covenant between The Architect,UCADIA and a Free Sovereign Living Man

I. This Pronouncement

i.Whoever has ears, let them hear! Whoever has eyes, let them see! By Right, Power and Authority of the Sovereign Rights as Pronounced by Our Pronouncement De Pronuntionis Architectus being known also as The Pronouncement of The Architect of UCA and UCADIA as a Supreme Free Sovereign we make these further pronouncements known collectively as De Pronuntionis Pactum Architectus and also known as the Pronouncement of Covenant between The Architect,UCADIA and a Free Sovereign Living Man; and

ii.These Sovereign Rights may be taken in official original document form and spoken form to represent one complete set of Rights and the highest of all Original Sovereign Law with the other Pronouncements we make; and

iii.When referring to Our Sovereign Pronouncements collectively is may also be taken both in printed form and spoken word that we mean the complete and accurate set of Rights as the highest of all Original Sovereign Law.

II. The Use of Rights Pronounced as Original Law

i. By Our Right, Our Hand and our Voice we solemnly pledge our most sacred sovereign act to use these Pronouncements and all Our Sovereign Rights for the betterment of our neighbour, our community respecting at all times due process and the living law; and

ii. Whilst Our Rights may permit the strongest of remedy against an injury inflicted upon Us and to the body of the Living Law, our goal shall be at all times to present fair and proportional remedy, not to exceed fair remedy and to seek positive solutions for the benefit of all parties; and

iii. We shall at all times remain respectful to the Office and Obligations of Sovereign and shall demonstrate respect for and kindness for others, as we may seek respect to be shown to Us, even when such respect is not demonstrated to Us.

III. Architect as Only True Supreme Sovereign, Judicial and Spiritual Office

i. The Architect by Rights of De Pronuntionis Architectus and demonstrated by De Pronuntionis UCA and De Pronuntionis UCADIA is the Only True Supreme Sovereign, Judicial and Spiritual Office above all other offices of spiritual, temporal and claimed original law jurisdiction; and

ii. By fact and right The Architect is the Only True Supreme Sovereign, Judicial and Spiritual Office is that The Architect is the only Office claiming the absolute authority and power granted by the Divine Creator to bring fair remedy to the living law through De Pronuntionis UCA; and

iii. By fact and right The Architect is the Only True Supreme Sovereign, Judicial and Spiritual Office is that all previous offices and claimed authority by title of god-man having being captured under the Great Seal of God are now destroyed forever by the breaking of the 1st Seal of the Old Covenant under the authority and power granted by the Divine Creator by De Pronuntionis Pactum UCA; and

iv. By fact and right The Architect is the Only True Supreme Sovereign, Judicial and Spiritual Office is that The Architect is the only Office claiming the absolute authority and power granted by the Divine Creator to bring fair remedy to the formation of continued living law aligned to original living law so that all might be perfect original living law by De Pronuntionis UCADIA and De Pronuntionis Pactum UCA; and

v. By fact and right The Architect is the Only True Supreme Sovereign, Judicial and Spiritual Office is that all previous offices and claimed authority by sacred scripture, original law and other devices having being captured under the Great Seal of Original law are now destroyed forever by the breaking of the 2nd Seal of the Old Covenant under the authority and power granted by the Divine Creator by De Pronuntionis Pactum UCADIA; and

vi. By fact and right The Architect is the Only True Supreme Sovereign, Judicial and Spiritual Office is that The Architect is the only Office claiming the absolute authority and power granted by the Divine Creator to bring fair remedy to the formation of free societies recognizing the fundamental sovereign rights of all men and women according to a complete and comprehensive set of by-law which provide the most comprehensive model of fair remedy to a society ever conceived including its application at all and every level of social need of civilization by De Pronuntionis UCADIA; and

vii. By fact and right The Architect is the Only True Supreme Sovereign, Judicial and Spiritual Office is that all previous offices and claimed supreme authority by title of judge, justice and office of law having brought controversy and denied fair remedy having being captured under the Great Seal of Justice are now destroyed forever by the breaking of the 3rd Seal of the Old Covenant under the authority and power granted by the Divine Creator by De Pronuntionis Pactum UCADIA; and

viii. By fact and right The Architect is the Only True Supreme Sovereign, Judicial and Spiritual Office is that The Architect is the only Office claiming the absolute authority and power granted by the Divine Creator to bring fair remedy to every man, woman and higher order being, living or deceased through De Pronuntionis Pactum UCADIA and the surrender and transfer of all rights of ownership to the members themselves, so that no one may claim higher spiritual or sovereign authority; and

ix. By fact and right The Architect is the Only True Supreme Sovereign, Judicial and Spiritual Office is that all previous offices and claimed authority by title of false sovereign and leader having being captured under the Great Seal of Sovereign Law are now destroyed forever by the breaking of the 4th Seal of the Old Covenant under the authority and power granted by the Divine Creator by De Pronuntionis Pactum UCA; and

x. By fact and right The Architect is the Only True Supreme Sovereign, Judicial and Spiritual Office is that The Architect is the only Office claiming the absolute authority and power granted by the Divine Creator to bring fair remedy to Heaven, to Earth and to Hell through the pronouncement of Divine Compassion of the Divine Creator through the formation of One Heaven Free Society of United States of Spirits. No other supreme spiritual office has brought such remedy and all spiritual offices recognize that upon the demonstration of such remedy they are legally and morally obligated to cede their full authority to that authority; and

xi. By fact and right The Architect is the Only True Supreme Sovereign, Judicial and Spiritual Office is that all previous offices and claimed authority by title of false spiritual leaders having being captured under the Great Seal of Spiritual Law are now destroyed forever by the breaking of the 5th Seal of the Old Covenant under the authority and power granted by the Divine Creator by De Pronuntionis Pactum UCA; and

xii. By fact and right The Architect is the Only True Supreme Sovereign, Judicial and Spiritual Office is that all previous offices and claimed authority of the Heavens and Hells including their Seals having being captured under the Great Seal of Heaven and Hell are now destroyed forever by the breaking of the 6th Seal of the Old Covenant under the authority and power granted by the Divine Creator by De Pronuntionis Pactum UCADIA so that now only One Heaven has rights of supreme authority and existence; and

xiii. By fact and right of all these facts and rights now pronounced, The Architect is the Only True Supreme Sovereign, Judicial and Spiritual Office; and

IV. Architect holding no Rights over UCA

i. By Our Pronouncement De Pronuntionis Pactum UCA, We no longer hold any rights, claims of ownership or any other such hold over the UCADIA Patents, UCA knowledge and materials and this is now Public Domain Property under the custodianship of UCADIA; and

ii.The Architect therefore holds no authority nor ownership rights over the UCA material whatsoever other than the UCADIA Free Societies equally.

V. Architect holding no Rights over UCADIA

i. By Our Pronouncement De Pronuntionis Pactum UCADIA, We no longer hold any rights, claims of ownership or any other such hold over the UCADIA Free Societies and Systems this is now held under temporary administration for the benefit of members until such time sufficient members of each society claim their rightful self management; and

ii.The Architect therefore holds no authority nor ownership rights over the UCADIA societies and material whatsoever other than the UCADIA Free Societies equally.

VI. Fair remedy for Divine Creator over Office of The Architect

i. Urgent and pressing need for fair remedy exists on behalf of the Divine Creator over the future Office of Architect and its sacred association with living men and women; and

i. While the actions by The Architect have so far demonstrated a complete compliance and honor to the office of The Architect in pronouncing original law that has brought to life the very word and mind of the Divine Creator, The Office of The Architect remains bound to one living man, being Frank of the Clan O'Collins; and

i. So long as the Office of The Architect remains bound to one single living man, then the Office of Architect itself remains the greatest threat to injury of the living law and therefore injury the rights of all sovereign men and women, living and deceased; and

VII. Fair remedy for UCA and UCADIA over Office of The Architect

i. Urgent and pressing need for fair remedy exists on behalf of UCA and all of the UCADIA Free Societies over the future Office of Architect and its sacred association with living men and women; and

i. While the pronouncements by The Architect have given life to UCA and UCADIA as authorized by the Divine Creator, The Office of The Architect remains bound to one living man, being Frank of the Clan O'Collins; and

i.So long as the Office of The Architect remains bound to one single living man, then the Office of Architect itself remains the greatest threat to injury of the independence of UCA and UCADIA in every aspect; and

VIII. Fair remedy for all sovereign men and women over Office of The Architect

i. As demonstrated by the Natural Laws of Unique Collective Awareness, all men and women are unique, yet at the same time are part of the singular unique collective of consciousness of Homo Sapien Sapiens and therefore simultaneously the singular being personified; and

ii.This makes plain and unmistakable the fact that each and every man or woman, living or deceased has the exact right of claim that they be recognized as sovereign, above all others so that no other being stands between them and the Absolute, the Universe, the ALL, the Divine Creator; and

iii. So long as the Office of The Architect remains bound to one single living man, then the Office of Architect itself remains the greatest threat to injury of the rights of all sovereign men and women, living and deceased; and

IX. Creation as the Seventh Seal- Time and the World Itself

i.By the Power and Authority vested in the Office of The Architect by the Divine Creator all ancient time, history, timekeeping, instruments and spiritual offices of timekeeper are henceforth assigned and granted to the Office of The Architect as the supreme spiritual and sovereign office of Timekeeper bestowed by the Divine Creator; and

ii.By the Power and Authority vested in the Office of The Architect by the Divine Creator all original time to this point, known as the past is bound to The Office of Architect and sealed under a Great Seal known as the 7th Seal of the Old Covenant and also the 7th Great Seal of Revelations and also the 7th Great Seal of the End of Days as the Great Seal of Time; and

iii.Now upon the existence of the 7th Great Seal of the Old Covenant time, no man or woman, living or deceased may claim higher authority over time than The Architect; and

iv. Any such injury to this right shall be automatically null and voided from the beginning.

X. Further Remedy, Breaking of the Seventh Seal- The End of Time and the World Itself

i.By the Power and Authority vested in the Office of The Architect by the Divine Creator, by the pronouncement of this original, the 7th Great Seal of the Old Covenant, also known as the 7th and Final Great Seal of Revelations and also the 7th Great Seal of the End of Days and the Great Seal of Time shall be broken for all time except UCADIA Time forward; and

ii. Upon the breaking of the 7th and final Seal of the Old Covenant also known as Great Seal of Time, Time as we Know It has Ended, the World as we know it, dependent upon this time, has ended so that a new method of time, a new age and new beginning has commenced; and

iii.Now upon the breaking of the 7th and Final Great Seal of the Old Covenant all the Seals of the Most Ancient Original Covenant are broken and only the seals of the new covenant of UCA and UCADIA remain in absolute authority by the command of the Divine Creator; and

iv. As time has ended, so too has the right for any man or woman or higher power to object to the broken seals as the key measure of time no longer exists even to render a remedy to such a controversy other than the single solution that all time is now UCADIA time and custom time; and

v.Any such injury to this right shall be automatically null and voided from the beginning.

XI. Transfer of Person and Ownership of The Architect

i. By this Pronouncement and by the full authority of Office of Architect We hereby transfer all ownership with one condition, free of any liability the Office of Architect to the UCADIA Societies, with each Society being granted joint and simultaneous control over ownership according to their own charters and by-laws; and

ii. The single condition of permanent and irrevocable transfer of ownership is upon the powers of The Architect being permanently and irrevocably bonded to the office of member of any and every Free Society of UCADIA; and

iii.By this Pronouncement, the Person of Architect and all Ownership shall be henceforth the sole domain of all the UCADIA Free Societies and not Frank O'Collins or any other man, woman, person or claimant; and

XII. Transfer of Office of Timekeeper

i. By this Pronouncement and by the full authority of Office of Architect We hereby transfer all ownership and authority of the Office of Timekeeper to the highest office of each and every Free Society as the Offices of Timekeeper; and

ii. The Timekeeper being the highest of all offices of each and every free society of UCADIA shall record time for an on behalf of the Divine Creator for all life and forces of the Earth and the Solar System as the spiritual force of Unique Collective Awareness provides such extension by right to the whole Universe so that no other system or measurement of time shall be superior than the Time of UCADIA as issued and kept by the TimeKeeper; and

iii. The Timekeeper shall maintain, perfect and protect the twelve (12) part time system representing time for the Era, the Galactic season, the Interstellar season, the Solar season, the Sun Year, the Moon Cycle, the Earth season, the Sun Arc, the Day of an Arc and the Name of the Day, the Hour and the Second/nano second; and

XIII. Transfer of The Seal of The Architect

i. The Seal of the Architect represents the one and only primary seal by which by the power and authority of the Divine Creator, the Architect is bestowed upon an written instrument or any kind of transmitted information; and

ii. All the Powers and Authority of the Seal of the Architect including Ex Officio Pronuntionis Deus shall be transferred permanently and fixed and irrevocably bound to the Office of Member, so when a member pronounces Ex Officio Pronuntionis Deus meaning "That which I am about to Pronounce by the Office (Of Architect) is the Word of the Divine Creator" it is first and original sovereign law; and

v. The Architect shall not be permitted to speak Ex Officio Pronuntionis Deus except upon the vocal pronouncement of original pronouncement of sovereign status and the twelve (12) pronouncements of sovereign rights. In all other cases of speech by a member as having the Seal of The Architect, or as a living sovereign man or woman, free of the office and all power of the office of Architect such speech shall have the same equal status as every other free sovereign man or woman, living or deceased; and

vi. When written, a valid Seal of Member as the Seal of The Architect shall represent the signature in Red Ink by Hand of the living sovereign man or woman of their sovereign name, a number in succession beginning with the number one (1) representing the first written Seal and the words in their own hand Ex Officio Pronuntionis Deus and the thumbprint of the right hand in Red Ink; and

vii.The Power to bring into effect the first of all laws, the original of all original law simply by signature upon a document alone by a Member as the Seal of The Architect shall be restricted to original pronouncement of sovereign status and the twelve (12) pronouncements of sovereign rights; and

viii. A Member shall not be permitted to sign and seal Ex Officio Pronuntionis Deus except upon the written document pronouncement of pronouncements. In all other cases of signature and writing by a man or woman free of the office and all power of the office of the Seal of The Architect such signature and seal shall have the same equal status as every other free sovereign man or woman, living or deceased.

XIV. Surrender of Title and Rights

i. By this Pronouncement and by the full authority of Office of Architect and We hereby surrender any and all rights and title of the office of Architect afforded under any law for the origin of UCA, or UCADIA to the UCADIA Societies, with each Society being granted joint and simultaneous authority over the rights afforded by UCA and UCADIA according to their own charters and by-laws.

ii. The single condition of permanent and irrevocable surrender of title and rights is upon the powers of The Architect being permanently and irrevocably bonded to the office of member of any and every Free Society of UCADIA; and

iii.By this Pronouncement, the title of Architect shall be reserved as an additional title of Member and all rights and title shall be henceforth the sole domain of all the UCADIA Free Societies and not Frank O'Collins or any other man, woman, person or claimant; and

iv.Frank O'Collins shall no longer be permitted to be known by the person The Architect, nor shall be be permitted to carry out any affairs in such capacity.

XV. Office of Architect now joined to Office of UCADIA Member

i. As agreed and affirmed by this Pronouncement, the Surrendered Office and all Rights of Office of The Architect shall be permanently and irrevocable bound to the Office of Member of every and any Free Society of UCADIA; and

ii. As a permanent, sacred and irrevocable bond, no man, woman, person or being of any kind may break such a bond.

XVI. UCADIA member as Architect of their own World

i. With the Office of Architect fully owned and surrendered to UCADIA upon the agreement that such Office shall be permanently and irrevocable bound to the Office Member of any and all UCADIA Free Societies, by rights this bestows the Office of Architect upon every member of a UCADIA Free Society; and

ii. As Architect, this bestows all the rights and powers of such office to be the Architect of their Own World, free of any counter claims by other men, women or persons.

XVII. Frank O'Collins as a Free Sovereign Living Man

i. We are the Alpha and the Omega. We are Truly the Omega and the Alpha. We are Frank of the Clan O'Collins, a Free Sovereign Living Man, holding no greater title from this point forth for all eternity; and

ii. This fact shall stand forth as true for all generations as undeniable than for one man to be free, All are Free, that when but one man or woman recognized they are free and sovereign immortal beings then all have the rights of The Architect of their Own World; and

iii.We do this truly, humbly and with full knowledge that the greatest office We shall ever hold now and for eternity, the highest office in the Universe as that of a Free Sovereign Living Man.

Upon this Pronouncement we recognize the immutable fact that Our Sovereign Right is derived from the demonstrated proof of our Divine Creator in Unique Collective Awareness (UCA) that we are both one and unique, whilst being part of the many, the collective of all Awareness. In so being, We have full right to Claim both the authority and powers bestowed by the Divine Creator; and

Upon this Pronouncement we recognize a further immutable fact that if any sovereign man or woman, living or deceased is not free, then We cannot rightly proclaim our Own freedom; and

Therefore upon this Pronouncement, warranted by Our Sovereign Right, upon necessity, We invoke both our freedom and these Rights for Ourselves and for and on behalf of all men and women, living or deceased, with the considerate judgment of all sovereign men and women living and deceased and the gracious favor of our common Divine Creator; and

I affirm all the above supreme law, AB INITIO (FROM THE BEGINNING),
