I. This Pronouncement
i.Whoever has ears, let them hear! Whoever has eyes, let them see! By Right, Power and Authority of the Sovereign Rights as Pronounced by Our Pronouncement De Pronuntionis Architectus being known also as The Pronouncement of The Architect of UCA and UCADIA as a Supreme Free Sovereign we make these further pronouncements known collectively as De Pronuntionis Pactum UCADIA and also known as the Pronouncement of Covenant between The Architect and UCADIA; and
ii.These Sovereign Rights may be taken in official original document form and spoken form to represent one complete set of Rights and the highest of all Original Sovereign Law with the other Pronouncements we make; and
iii.When referring to Our Sovereign Pronouncements collectively is may also be taken both in printed form and spoken word that we mean the complete and accurate set of Rights as the highest of all Original Sovereign Law.
II. The Use of Rights Pronounced as Original Law
i. By Our Right, Our Hand and our Voice we solemnly pledge our most sacred sovereign act to use these Pronouncements and all Our Sovereign Rights for the betterment of our neighbour, our community respecting at all times due process and the living law; and
ii. Whilst Our Rights may permit the strongest of remedy against an injury inflicted upon Us and to the body of the Living Law, our goal shall be at all times to present fair and proportional remedy, not to exceed fair remedy and to seek positive solutions for the benefit of all parties; and
iii. We shall at all times remain respectful to the Office and Obligations of Sovereign and shall demonstrate respect for and kindness for others, as we may seek respect to be shown to Us, even when such respect is not demonstrated to Us.
III. The need of the Living Law for Fair Remedy as Perfect Living Natural Law
i. By Our Pronouncement of De Pronuntionis Pactum UCA, Unique Collective Awareness as the embodiment of perfect law is set free as the highest most perfect living law and all original law that does so pronounce consistently with the Living Law of UCA is also part of the greater body of Living Law; and
ii. While all Rights and Ownership now are fully vested with each and every UCADIA Free Society, the rights and ownership of all the UCADIA Free Societies has not yet been surrendered nor transferred by the Architect; and
iii. For the Living Law to be truly free and independent as the Perfect Living Natural Law, the Architect must surrender and transfer all rights to any and all UCADIA Free Societies and all of their instruments so that the Members themselves represent the authority of their own destiny; and
iv. The Living Law further requires fair remedy and protection from the collection of claimed original law as gathered up and sealed under the 2nd Great Seal of the Old Covenant, the Great Seal of Original Law and rightfully held by the Architect by the command and authority of the Divine Creator. If these original laws were to continue to exist under any claim of validity then such law exists as to corrupt perfect living law and thereby harm the body of the living original law; and
v. The Living Law further requires fair remedy and protection from the collection of seals of all claimed judges and offices of law as gathered up and sealed under the 3rd Great Seal of the Old Covenant, the Great Seal of Justice and rightfully held by the Architect by the command and authority of the Divine Creator. If such claims of judicial office and seal of office were to continue to exist under any claim of validity and to continue to injure the law through failure to demonstrate fair remedy and failure of due process of the law, then such seals of judicial authority and judicial office exists as to corrupt perfect living law and thereby harm the body of the living original law;
IV. The need for fair remedy by all Sovereign Men and Women
i. As demonstrated by the Natural Laws of Unique Collective Awareness, all men and women are unique, yet at the same time are part of the singular unique collective of consciousness of Homo Sapien Sapiens and therefore simultaneously the singular being personified; and
ii.This makes plain and unmistakable the fact that each and every man or woman, living or deceased has the exact right of claim that they be recognized as sovereign, above all others so that no other being stands between them and the Absolute, the Universe, the ALL, the Divine Creator; and
iii.Whilst nature dictates all valid objects in existence must have a birth, the fact that so long as the rights and ownership of even one UCADIA society rests with the office of The Architect, then all sovereign men and women have not received fair remedy;
iv.Fair remedy demands that the Office of Architect surrender and transfer all ownership and rights pertaining to any and every UCADIA Free Society including all instruments, licenses, web domains to the individual UCADIA Free Societies and their own sovereign entities; and
V. The need for fair remedy for all Free UCADIA Societies Members and UCADIA
i. A member of a UCADIA Free Society is any man or woman, living or deceased that has pronounced their sovereign rights according to the form as pronounced in De Pronuntionis UCADIA; and
ii. As a member of a UCADIA Free Society, such a man or woman has taken up their sovereign right and pronounced and promulgated original law created and empowered by the Office of The Architect; and
iii. Whilst all men and women are by right sovereign, the men and women of UCADIA free societies have demonstrated this right according to due process and all rights of true originating and international law.
VI. Transfer of ownership and rights concerning Free Spiritual Societies
i. By Absolute Right of Ownership, Authorship and Authority of Office of The Architect We hereby transfer all ownership rights concerning of One Heaven also known as the United Free States of Spirits to the Free Society itself, with all Powers and Authority of the Architect vested in the Office of Great Spirits of One Heaven by due process of law as demonstrated by the Sacred and Divine Covenant for One Heaven known as Pactum De Singularis Caelum now and forever more; and
ii.By Absolute Right of Ownership, Authorship and Authority of Office of The Architect We hereby transfer all ownership rights concerning of One Faith of God also known as the United Free Faith Society of Sovereign Christians and Jews to the Free Society itself, with all Powers and Authority of the Architect vested in the Office of Messiah by due process of law as demonstrated by the Sacred and Divine Covenant for One Faith of God known as Pactum De Singularis Fidei now and forever more; and
iii.By Absolute Right of Ownership, Authorship and Authority of Office of The Architect We hereby transfer all ownership rights concerning of One Islam also known as the United Free Faith of Islam to the Free Society itself, with all Powers and Authority of the Architect vested in the Office of Mahdi by due process of law as demonstrated by the Sacred and Divine Covenant for One Islam known as Pactum De Singularis Islam now and forever more; and
iv.By Absolute Right of Ownership, Authorship and Authority of Office of The Architect We hereby transfer all ownership rights concerning of One Spirit Tribe also known as the United Free Faith of Spiritual Wisdom to the Free Society itself, with all Powers and Authority of the Architect vested in the Office of Maitreya by due process of law as demonstrated by the Sacred and Divine Covenant for One Spirit Tribe known as Pactum De Singularis Spiritus now and forever more; and
v.By Absolute Right of Ownership, Authorship and Authority of Office of The Architect We hereby transfer all ownership rights concerning of One Evil also known as the United Free Faith of Misaligned and Misguided Minds to the Roman Cult being the Roman Pontiff and his Curia on the singular condition that they officially and publicly acknowledge the superior legal status of UCADIA and all its other organs and make public remedy to the centuries of evil and continued evil having be brought against men, woman and persons and henceforth cease any and all acts of evil, whereupon the gift of ownership of One Evil Org will have been properly accepted and claimed by the Roman Cult and healing may begin; and
VII. Transfer of ownership and rights concerning Free Community Societies
i. By Absolute Right of Ownership, Authorship and Authority of Office of The Architect We hereby transfer all ownership rights concerning of the Globe Union also known as the Globe Union of Free Societies over the whole Earth and Sea to the Free Society itself, with all Powers and Authority of the Architect vested in the Office of Secretary-General of Union and President of Union Council by due process of law as demonstrated by the Supremely Sacred and Royal Charter for the Globe Union known as Cartae Sacrorum De Congregatio Globus now and forever more; and
ii. By Absolute Right of Ownership, Authorship and Authority of Office of The Architect We hereby transfer all ownership rights concerning of the Africans Union also known as the Africans Union of Free Societies over the Earth and Sea to the Free Society itself, with all Powers and Authority of the Architect vested in the Office of Secretary-General of Union and President of Union Council by due process of law as demonstrated by the Supremely Sacred and Royal Charter for the Africans Union known as Cartae Sacrorum De Congregatio Africans now and forever more; and
iii. By Absolute Right of Ownership, Authorship and Authority of Office of The Architect We hereby transfer all ownership rights concerning of the Americas Union also known as the Americas Union of Free Societies over the Earth and Sea to the Free Society itself, with all Powers and Authority of the Architect vested in the Office of Secretary-General of Union and President of Union Council by due process of law as demonstrated by the Supremely Sacred and Royal Charter for the Americas Union known as Cartae Sacrorum De Congregatio Americas now and forever more; and
iv. By Absolute Right of Ownership, Authorship and Authority of Office of The Architect We hereby transfer all ownership rights concerning of the Asia Union also known as the Asia Union of Free Societies over the Earth and Sea to the Free Society itself, with all Powers and Authority of the Architect vested in the Office of Secretary-General of Union and President of Union Council by due process of law as demonstrated by the Supremely Sacred and Royal Charter for the Asia Union known as Cartae Sacrorum De Congregatio Asia now and forever more; and
v. By Absolute Right of Ownership, Authorship and Authority of Office of The Architect We hereby transfer all ownership rights concerning of the Arabian Union also known as the Arabian Union of Free Societies over the Earth and Sea to the Free Society itself, with all Powers and Authority of the Architect vested in the Office of Secretary-General of Union and President of Union Council by due process of law as demonstrated by the Supremely Sacred and Royal Charter for the Arabian Union known as Cartae Sacrorum De Congregatio Arabia now and forever more; and
vi. By Absolute Right of Ownership, Authorship and Authority of Office of The Architect We hereby transfer all ownership rights concerning of the Euro Union also known as the Euro Union of Free Societies over the Earth and Sea to the Free Society itself, with all Powers and Authority of the Architect vested in the Office of Secretary-General of Union and President of Union Council by due process of law as demonstrated by the Supremely Sacred and Royal Charter for the Euro Union known as Cartae Sacrorum De Congregatio Europa now and forever more; and
vii. By Absolute Right of Ownership, Authorship and Authority of Office of The Architect We hereby transfer all ownership rights concerning of the Oceanic Union also known as the Oceanic Union of Free Societies over the Earth and Seato the Free Society itself, with all Powers and Authority of the Architect vested in the Office of Secretary-General of Union and President of Union Council by due process of law as demonstrated by the Supremely Sacred and Royal Charter for the Oceanic Union known as Cartae Sacrorum De Congregatio Oceania now and forever more; and
VIII. Transfer of ownership and rights concerning Free Specialist Societies
i. By Absolute Right of Ownership, Authorship and Authority of Office of The Architect We hereby transfer all ownership rights concerning of the Heal The Earth Society also known as the Free Society for the Healing and Sustainment of a more Natural Earth to the Free Society itself, with all Powers and Authority of the Architect vested in the Office of Secretary-General by due process of law as demonstrated by the existence of its Sacred Sovereign Charter; and
ii. By Absolute Right of Ownership, Authorship and Authority of Office of The Architect We hereby transfer all ownership rights concerning of the Protect The Earth Society also known as the Free Society for the Protection of Earth and Life to the Free Society itself, with all Powers and Authority of the Architect vested in the Office of Secretary-General by due process of law as demonstrated by the existence of its Sacred Sovereign Charter; and
iii. By Absolute Right of Ownership, Authorship and Authority of Office of The Architect We hereby transfer all ownership rights concerning of the Give Mars Life Society also known as the Free Society for the Creation of an Artificial Moon for Mars to the Free Society itself, with all Powers and Authority of the Architect vested in the Office of Secretary-General by due process of law as demonstrated by the existence of its Sacred Sovereign Charter; and
iv. By Absolute Right of Ownership, Authorship and Authority of Office of The Architect We hereby transfer all ownership rights concerning of the One Corp Society also known as the Free Society of Ethical Transnational Corporations to the Free Society itself, with all Powers and Authority of the Architect vested in the Office of Secretary-General by due process of law as demonstrated by the existence of its Sacred Sovereign Charter; and
v. By Absolute Right of Ownership, Authorship and Authority of Office of The Architect We hereby transfer all ownership rights concerning of the 2nd Chances Society also known as the Free Society for the assistance of unemployed and people suffering hardship to the Free Society itself, with all Powers and Authority of the Architect vested in the Office of Secretary-General by due process of law as demonstrated by the existence of its Sacred Sovereign Charter; and
vi. By Absolute Right of Ownership, Authorship and Authority of Office of The Architect We hereby transfer all ownership rights concerning of the My Life Matters Society also known as the Free Society for the assistance of those in dire emotional hardship to the Free Society itself, with all Powers and Authority of the Architect vested in the Office of Secretary-General by due process of law as demonstrated by the existence of its Sacred Sovereign Charter; and
vii. By Absolute Right of Ownership, Authorship and Authority of Office of The Architect We hereby transfer all ownership rights concerning of the Psygos Society also known as the Free Society for the mind of unique collective awareness to the Free Society itself, with all Powers and Authority of the Architect vested in the Office of Secretary-General by due process of law as demonstrated by the existence of its Sacred Sovereign Charter; and
viii. By Absolute Right of Ownership, Authorship and Authority of Office of The Architect We hereby transfer all ownership rights concerning of the Civila Society also known as the Free Society for sustainable living communities to the Free Society itself, with all Powers and Authority of the Architect vested in the Office of Secretary-General by due process of law as demonstrated by the existence of its Sacred Sovereign Charter; and
ix. By Absolute Right of Ownership, Authorship and Authority of Office of The Architect We hereby transfer all ownership rights concerning of the Ekelos Society also known as the Free Society for sustainable trade and commerce to the Free Society itself, with all Powers and Authority of the Architect vested in the Office of Secretary-General by due process of law as demonstrated by the existence of its Sacred Sovereign Charter; and
x. By Absolute Right of Ownership, Authorship and Authority of Office of The Architect We hereby transfer all ownership rights concerning of the Teknas Society also known as the Free Society for sustainable energy, technology and industry to the Free Society itself, with all Powers and Authority of the Architect vested in the Office of Secretary-General by due process of law as demonstrated by the existence of its Sacred Sovereign Charter.
IX. Transfer of ownership and rights concerning National Free Societies
i. By Absolute Right of Ownership, Authorship and Authority of Office of The Architect We hereby transfer all ownership rights concerning of the One Ireland Free Society to the Free Society itself, with all Powers and Authority of the Architect vested in the Office of President by due process of law as demonstrated by its Sacred and Royal Charter; and
ii. By Absolute Right of Ownership, Authorship and Authority of Office of The Architect We hereby transfer all ownership rights concerning of the One Jerusalem Free Society to the Free Society itself, with all Powers and Authority of the Architect vested in the Office of President by due process of law as demonstrated by its Sacred and Royal Charter; and
iii. By Absolute Right of Ownership, Authorship and Authority of Office of The Architect We hereby transfer all ownership rights concerning of the United Australia Free Society to the Free Society itself, with all Powers and Authority of the Architect vested in the Office of President by due process of law as demonstrated by its Sacred and Royal Charter; and
iv. By Absolute Right of Ownership, Authorship and Authority of Office of The Architect We hereby transfer all ownership rights concerning of the United America Free Society to the Free Society itself, with all Powers and Authority of the Architect vested in the Office of President by due process of law as demonstrated by its Sacred and Royal Charter; and
v. By Absolute Right of Ownership, Authorship and Authority of Office of The Architect We hereby transfer all ownership rights concerning of the United Canada Free Society to the Free Society itself, with all Powers and Authority of the Architect vested in the Office of President by due process of law as demonstrated by its Sacred and Royal Charter; and
vi. By Absolute Right of Ownership, Authorship and Authority of Office of The Architect We hereby transfer all ownership rights concerning of the United Korea Free Society to the Free Society itself, with all Powers and Authority of the Architect vested in the Office of President by due process of law as demonstrated by its Sacred and Royal Charter; and
vii. By Absolute Right of Ownership, Authorship and Authority of Office of The Architect We hereby transfer all ownership rights concerning of the United China Free Society to the Free Society itself, with all Powers and Authority of the Architect vested in the Office of President by due process of law as demonstrated by its Sacred and Royal Charter; and
X. Surrender of Rights
i. By this Pronouncement and by the full authority of Office of Architect and being the recognized one and only author of the UCADIA model and instruments of the UCADIA model giving life to the UCADIA Free Societies We hereby surrender any and all rights afforded under any law for the original works of the UCADIA Model and all UCADIA Free Societies with each Society being granted full ownership and rights of their own name, their domain, any domain names, their own sacred instruments, their own seal and the full authority of The Architect vested into its highest office according to this law, these laws and according to their own charters and by-laws.
XI. Further Remedy, The Breaking of the 2nd Great Seal of the Old Covenant
i.By the Power and Authority vested in the Office of The Architect by the Divine Creator, by the pronouncement of this original, the 2nd Great Seal of the Old Covenant, also known as the 2nd Great Seal of Revelations and also the 2nd Great Seal of the End of Days and the Great Seal of Original Law shall be broken for all time; and
ii. Upon the permanent and irrevocable breaking of the 2nd Seal of the Old Covenant,all claimed highest original law of the highest offices whether by scripture, pronouncement, prayer or other device are henceforth rendered are rendered broken, destroyed, devoid of power and devoid of life, dead in person, of no spiritual authority from this time and new UCADIA Time forward; and
iii.Now upon the breaking of the 2nd Great Seal of the Old Covenant, no man or woman, living or deceased may claim authority of such unnatural, corrupted law, no matter how old as first and original law as such unlawful and unnatural office and authority has ceased; and
iv.Now upon the breaking of the 2nd Great Seal of the Old Covenant, no living man or woman or person may claim legal, temporal or spiritual authority on behalf of any of these instruments and any such injury to this right shall be automatically null and voided from the beginning.
XII. Further Remedy, The Breaking of the 3rd Great Seal of the Old Covenant
i.By the Power and Authority vested in the Office of The Architect by the Divine Creator, by the pronouncement of this original, the 3rd Great Seal of the Old Covenant, also known as the 3rd Great Seal of Revelations and also the 3rd Great Seal of the End of Days and The Great Seal of Justice shall be broken for all time; and
ii. Upon the breaking of the 3rd Seal of the Old Covenant also known as The Great Seal of Justice, these Highest Judicial Offices and their Seals of Office representing those who have demonstrated failure to render fair remedy unto the living law are henceforth rendered are rendered broken, destroyed, devoid of power and devoid of life, dead in person, of no spiritual authority from this time and new UCADIA Time forward; and
iii.Now upon the breaking of the 3rd Great Seal of the Old Covenant, no man or woman, living or deceased may claim authority of a false sovereign or leader who denies the sovereign rights of all others except themselves as such unlawful and unnatural office has ceased; and
iv. Any such injury to this right shall be automatically null and voided from the beginning.
XIII. Further Remedy, The Breaking of the 4th Great Seal of the Old Covenant
i.By the Power and Authority vested in the Office of The Architect by the Divine Creator, by the pronouncement of this original, the 4th Great Seal of the Old Covenant, also known as the 1st Great Seal of Revelations and also the 4th Great Seal of the End of Days and the Great Seal of Sovereign Law shall be broken for all time; and
ii. Upon the breaking of the 4th Seal of the Old Covenant also known as Great Seal of Sovereign Law, these Highest Judicial Offices and their Seals of Office representing those who have demonstrated failure to render fair remedy unto the living law are henceforth rendered are rendered broken, destroyed, devoid of power and devoid of life, dead in person, of no spiritual authority from this time and new UCADIA Time forward; and
iii.Now upon the breaking of the 4th Great Seal of the Old Covenant, no man or woman, living or deceased may claim exclusive authority of office by the Divine Creator above all other men and women as such unlawful and unnatural office has ceased to exist; and
iv.Any such injury to this right shall be automatically null and voided from the beginning.
XIV. Further Remedy, The Breaking of the 5th Great Seal of the Old Covenant
i.By the Power and Authority vested in the Office of The Architect by the Divine Creator, by the pronouncement of this original, the 5th Great Seal of the Old Covenant, also known as the 5th Great Seal of Revelations and also the 5th Great Seal of the End of Days and the Great Seal of God shall be broken for all time; and
ii. Upon the breaking of the 5th Seal of the Old Covenant, all titles of The Highest Spiritual Offices or other device are henceforth rendered are rendered broken, destroyed, devoid of power and devoid of life, dead in person, of no spiritual authority from this time and new UCADIA Time forward; and
iii.Now upon the breaking of the 5th Great Seal of the Old Covenant, no man or woman, living or deceased may claim authority of god-man as such unlawful and unnatural office has ceased to exist; and
iv.Any such injury to this right shall be automatically null and voided from the beginning.
XV. Further Remedy, The Breaking of the 6th Great Seal of the Old Covenant
i.By the Power and Authority vested in the Office of The Architect by the Divine Creator, by the pronouncement of this original, the 6th Great Seal of the Old Covenant, also known as the 6th Great Seal of Revelations and also the 6th Great Seal of the End of Days and the Great Seal of Heaven and Hell shall be broken for all time; and
ii. The Society of One Heaven a United States of Spirits pronounced having existence as perfect remedy through the Divine Compassion of the Divine Creator to establish a treaty between all spiritual previous forces known as evil and all spiritual forces previously known as holy, sacred and good so that a United spiritual harmony may commence and there be an end to hell and to the cursing of one single spirit as by the covenant of One Heaven all spirits are forgiven and saved, not one being condemned by the Divine Creator; and
iii. Whilst the Society of One Heaven exists and no man or woman or higher power may deny its existence as perfect remedy through the Divine Compassion of the Divine Creator, there remains the pre-existing models of Heaven and Hell captured and Sealed under the Great Seal of Heaven and Hell and that so long as such wicked, ignorant and misaligned models exist, then some may claim their actions and authority by them; and
iv. Upon the breaking of the 6th Seal of the Old Covenant also known as the Great Seal of Heaven and Hell, all old spiritual societies, ancient authorities, powers, spells, commands, prayers and spiritual forces are henceforth rendered broken, destroyed, devoid of power and devoid of life, dead in person, of no spiritual authority from this time and new UCADIA Time forward; and
v.Now upon the breaking of the 6th Great Seal of the Old Covenant, only the model of One Heaven remains in existence as the only valid model of society for a United Heaven, so that no man or woman, living or deceased may claim authority from any old society of Heaven or Hell as such unlawful and unnatural offices and societies of spiritual energy have ceased to exist other than the single Society of One Heaven; and
vi.And any such injury to this pronouncement shall be automatically null and voided from the beginning.
XVI. UCADIA owns UCA and ITSELF
i.It is henceforth the absolute truth that UCA which exists is owned by UCADIA which exists and UCADIA members own UCADIA.
Upon this Pronouncement we recognize the immutable fact that Our Sovereign Right is derived from the demonstrated proof of our Divine Creator in Unique Collective Awareness (UCA) that we are both one and unique, whilst being part of the many, the collective of all Awareness. In so being, We have full right to Claim both the authority and powers bestowed by the Divine Creator; and
Upon this Pronouncement we recognize a further immutable fact that if any sovereign man or woman, living or deceased is not free, then We cannot rightly proclaim our Own freedom; and
Therefore upon this Pronouncement, warranted by Our Sovereign Right, upon necessity, We invoke both our freedom and these Rights for Ourselves and for and on behalf of all men and women, living or deceased, with the considerate judgment of all sovereign men and women living and deceased and the gracious favor of our common Divine Creator; and
I affirm all the above supreme law, AB INITIO (FROM THE BEGINNING),
