De Pronuntionis UCA | Pronouncement of UCA - Unique Collective Awareness

I. This Pronouncement

i.Whoever has ears, let them hear! Whoever has eyes, let them see! By Right, Power and Authority of the Sovereign Rights as Pronounced by Our Pronouncement De Pronuntionis Architectus being known also as The Pronouncement of The Architect of UCA and UCADIA as a Supreme Free Sovereign we make these further pronouncements known collectively as De Pronuntionis UCA and also known as the Pronouncement of UCA - Unique Collective Awareness ; and

ii.These Sovereign Rights may be taken in official original document form and spoken form to represent one complete set of Rights and the highest of all Original Sovereign Law with the other Pronouncements we make; and

iii.When referring to Our Sovereign Pronouncements collectively is may also be taken both in printed form and spoken word that we mean the complete and accurate set of Rights as the highest of all Original Sovereign Law.

II. The Use of Rights Pronounced as Original Law

i. By Our Right, Our Hand and our Voice we solemnly pledge our most sacred sovereign act to use these Pronouncements and all Our Sovereign Rights for the betterment of our neighbour, our community respecting at all times due process and the living law; and

ii. Whilst Our Rights may permit the strongest of remedy against an injury inflicted upon Us and to the body of the Living Law, our goal shall be at all times to present fair and proportional remedy, not to exceed fair remedy and to seek positive solutions for the benefit of all parties; and

iii. We shall at all times remain respectful to the Office and Obligations of Sovereign and shall demonstrate respect for and kindness for others, as we may seek respect to be shown to Us, even when such respect is not demonstrated to Us.

III. Models of Knowledge

i. All the knowledge ever gathered in the course of civilization may be categorized according to types of models of rules, ideas, stories, observations, discoveries and facts; and

ii. All models share one common purpose: A model is a construct of laws and principles that seek to influence matter and measure it in some way; and

iii. Whether it be a philosophy, or a physical machine, both influence objects. All models share the need to: Target purpose, Target outcome.That is to say a model must be seen in terms of its target purpose and what is the desired outcome. There the greater the purpose, the greater the potential range of outcomes; and

iv. Of all types of models, the most important are those that have affected the daily lives of men and women since the beginning of Civilized Society. Of these, there are four primary or Foundation Models upon which all Civilized Society is constructed, the first being the Foundation Model of Sacred History, the second being the Foundation Model of Language, the third being the Foundation Model of Law and the fourth being the Foundation Model of Sciences; and

v. The oldest and most important models of Civilized Societies are sacred scripture, being remains of stone and clay tablets, scrolls and artwork and books that have survived the ages of time to come to use in viewable, readable form we know as the Foundation Model of Sacred History. Without great stories, culture and legends of their own, no community of men and women can be called a Civilized Society; and

vi. The second oldest and most important models of Civilized Societies are the ancient languages in which the oldest and most important sacred scripture was written, thus forming the ancestor tongue and languages from which all languages of men and women now speak, write and read we know as the Foundation Model of Language. Without language, stories of great richness, meaning, fact and myth are impossible to accurately repeat, retain for history and teach to new generations. Yet language remains intimately dependent upon its creation with the very founding stories of each and every culture, so that neither language nor its birth with ancient stories and beliefs can entirely be separated; and

vii. The third oldest and most important models of Civilized Societies are the most ancient rules of law which come to us both from sacred scripture and dedicated writings to law, the origin of the laws upon which most societies on planet Earth are governed today as know as the Foundation Model of Law. Without rule of law, a community of men and women is subject to fear, bloodshed, injustice and tyranny. Yet the rule of law begins with the rules of language and the core words that represent the foundation of the rule of law, normally derived from the most ancient and most sacred scriptures of a great culture; and

viii. The fourth oldest and most important models of Civilized Societies are the collected observations, rules, proofs and inspirations that represent the physical world, the ability to shape and understand the nature of matter and the universe which we collectively call the sciences as know as the Foundation Model of Sciences. Without science, a community of men and women are without the knowledge for great society, devoid of long term planning and reduced to modest survival. Yet as much as the model of science seeks in itself the desire to be considered independent in awareness from the "laws of men" and their stories towards some ultimate truth in collective awareness, science itself remains a pursuit assuming a doctrine of faith and belief in the physical world which blinds as greatly as any spiritual faith adopting the same rigid orthodoxy; and

ix. The existence of these four (4) fundamental models of knowledge (Sacred History, Language, Law and Sciences) represent the foundations of all great and lasting models of societies since the dawn of Civilization itself; and

x. Whenever one or more of these fundamental models of knowledge are lacking within the essential daily fabric of a society, then the civilization will not function as optimally and great injury may continue to occur. Therefore any claimed model of society must first address the nature, detail, function and superior nature of these four (4) foundation models of knowledge (Sacred History, Language, Law and Sciences) before it can credibly claim superiority in function.

IV. The deficient nature of present models of Knowledge

i.All modern societies are presently witnessing a degrading in faith, strength and coherence of their traditional four (4) Foundation Models of Knowledge being Sacred History, Language, Law and Sciences; and

ii. In developed societies, the general knowledge of men and women in all four of these areas has continued to decline, with specific degrading of the knowledge of law and increase in disrespect for foundation models of sacred history. Present developed societies are sliding towards greater lawlessness and ignorance, a traditionally dangerous cocktail that has usually preceded major society conflict; and

iii.In developing societies, the general knowledge of men and women remains substantially lower in proportion to men and women of the same age in developed nations such that many developing societies remain in a poor state of law, health, food, sanitation, peace and happiness. Present developing societies are now sliding backwards to even lower standards of knowledge in many places due to the global financial conditions of wealthy societies no longer funding the same level of assistance; and

iv.Throughout the world we have witnessed and will continue to witness into the foreseeable future, periods of great stress and conflict concerning perceived dwindling of precious energy resources, predominantly oil fuels which will continue to inflict a greater financial hardship on every society on planet Earth; and

v.While scientists continue to witness breakthroughs in our collective understanding of the physical sciences and the structure of the universe, the scientific community still does not have a perfect Standard Model of all Universal Elements such that all equations are perfectly balanced and the entire mass of the Universe is in harmony; and

vi.As much as societies have invested substantial finances and resources into discovering the nature and perfectly rules for manipulating matter as is required for any kind of energy device the rules for atomic physics through valency and bond through chemistry runs to many hundreds of pages for the main set of atomic elements and their use; and

vii.For all that has been accomplished within science and within sacred spiritual history, there remains a separation between the spirit mind and the scientific mind to the extent that one key foundation of societies speak of a world that is completely divorced of similarities to the real physical world whilst the society of science does the same in denial of the existence of the paradox present in nearly all fundamental experiments; and

viii.Without next to a miracle, there exists no revelation in present Foundation Models that may demonstrate a complete cohesive whole of all Foundation Knowledge such that a perfect equation can be stated between ethereal and real, between the universe and life, between all levels of matter and all the rules of matter such that all statements are consistent, true, connected and do not contradict the key constants and knowledge of the physical sciences; and

V. The Need for Fair Remedy and new Foundation Models of Knowledge

i.There exists a pressing and urgent need for fair remedy in the form of new models of knowledge that may enable living men and women to continue to practice their beliefs and continue to live their lives, with improved prospects of employment, wealth, health and happiness without requiring any major change or interruption to their daily lives and relationships; and

ii.As such models must address the complete fabric of civilized knowledge of history, science, culture and spirituality and these models must demonstrate a level of precise and fair remedy that is equal in detail yet superior in form to the present negative systems of alternative models; and

iii.In specific scientific terms, the fair remedy must provide a complete scientific model such that it represents nothing less than The Standard Model of all Universal Elements, the Standard Model for all Atomic/Sub Atomic Elements including their operation in chemistry and biology and the Standard Model of All Laws of the Universe such that when applied, the master equation is perfectly balanced and the whole universe can be calculated accurately; and

iv. Further to this remedy needed by science is that it must provide the complete blue prints and instruction manual of all the rules of the Universe in such perfect and concise reference that a man or woman of the age of 12 or greater might read, learn and understand these rules within twelve months of consistent training; and

v. In specific terms to the need for a renewal of sacred history, any fair remedy must demonstrate an absolutely consistent spiritual claim with present spiritual beliefs whilst at the same time identifying deliberate and accidental misalignments that when rendered true provide a perfect remedy for existing members of major spiritual faiths to validate their faith in the fulfillment of prophecy and scripture while at the same time having a renewed source of the most sacred historical knowledge; and

vi. The specific spiritual remedy must also demonstrate without question its authenticity as the singular and true prophecized event of unique collective awareness covering the Earth and must therefore demonstrate a perfect alignment to science, further demonstrating its validity by answering all the key questions of existence that science presently cannot; and

vii.The specific remedy must finally demonstrate a cohesion and logical language of knowledge never before seen. This language and knowledge must then be capable of rendering the foundation for the foundation knowledge of law for any society of free sovereign men and women.

VI. Model of UCA- Unique Collective Awareness

i. The Model of Unique Collective Awareness as described in two texts being the 23 chapters of The Journey of UCA and in a second text of 23 chapters entitled The Journey of Self is a model of fair remedy for any man or woman in seeking a step by step instruction of the connections between all things, all laws in the universe known as "Unique Collective Awareness"; and

ii.The Journey of UCA or the Journey of Unique Collective Awareness enables any man of woman to read a journey of knowledge beginning with the concept that nothing exists, through to the smallest particles in the universe, the creation of universal laws, each and every level of matter up to the atom and beyond then finally to life and higher order life and the life of Homo sapien sapiens; and

iii.The Journey of Self or the Journey of Myself enables any man or woman to read a journey beginning with their own mind and investigating each layer of influence and belief including society, religion, family, community and the core ideas that shape our daily lives such as law and culture; and

iv. The Model of Unique Collective Awareness is in perfect harmony with both science and spiritual models providing the complete model of existence on fundamental realization that life is a dream existing by rules of the unique collective awareness (the dreamer) of which we are all part existing in our own unique way.

VII. UCA Patents

i. The Architect also known as Frank of the Clan O'Collins (Cuilliaéan) is the sole Owner and Author of the collective patents known as the UCADIA Patents being seven (7) patents providing fair remedy for all foundation knowledge needed by societies; and

ii. The first Patent numbered U001- Ucadia Classification System is a system for the identification and association of theoretical and real world objects and universal language components into a consistent non-duplicating relationship structures; and

iii.The second Patent numbered U002- Ucadia Symbols System is a A system for the symbolic representation of theoretical and real world objects and universal language components for the transmission of meaning; and

iv.The third Patent numbered U003- Ucadia Semantic Classification System is a system for the semantic classification of common languages into a universally consistent structure of meaning using the Ucadia Classification System and Ucadia Symbols System; and

v.The fourth Patent numbered U004- Ucadia Standard Model of Universal Elements is a system for the classification and symbolic representation of theoretical and real world objects as elements of a standard model of universal elements ; and

vi.The fifth Patent numbered U005- Ucadia Hydro-Helio Model of Atomic Elements is a Model for the standard identification, classification and symbolic representation of atomic elements and their properties ; and

vii.The sixth Patent numbered U006- EIKOS Language System is a formal language system to define and describe the relationships, properties and measurement of all elements in operation from the Ucadia Standard Model of Universal Elements and the Ucadia Hydro-Helio Model of Atomic Elements; and

viii.The seventh Patent numbered U007- UCA Model is a a model of 360 primary sets of axiom to define and describe laws governing all elements in operation from the Ucadia Standard Model of Universal Elements and the Ucadia Hydro-Helio Model of Atomic Elements.; and

VIII. Recognition of UCA Patents

i.All seven (7) patents have been duly and independently registered under International Patent law with original letters of confirmation that all patents conform in form to the required standards for patent lodgment, with a respectful time of one year having elapsed for any objection; and

ii.By authority and Power of the Office of Architect, We Hereby Pronounce these seven (7) Patents be granted Exclusive, Universal, Irrevocable Copyright, Intellectual Property, Trademark, Commercial and Legal Rights consistent and superior with International Patent, Copyright and Trademark Law and associated Treaties; and Seal under the Seal of the Architect as original law, granting unique numbers for each Patent

iii.Each of these seven (7) Patents are signed and Sealed under the Seal of Office of The Architect and therefore represent binding original law above all other original law.

IX. Fair remedy to foundation knowledge of sacred history

i. By Absolute Right and Authority of Office granted by the Divine Creator to of The Architect We hereby create by pronouncement the existence of Lebor Clann Glas also known as the The Book of the Green Race as sacred scripture providing direct remedy to all men and women, living and deceased of the clan Cuilliaéan as true and accurate history of their sovereign and divine birthright by the command and authority of the Divine Creator and how in history these rights came to be; and

ii. By Absolute Right and Authority of Office granted by the Divine Creator to of The Architect We hereby create by pronouncement the existence of De Dea Magisterium also known as the The Magisterium of the Goddess as sacred scripture providing direct remedy to all deceased men, woman and higher order beings as well as to all living men and women who subscribe to beliefs in the existence of powerful ancient rituals associated with the knowledge of the mother goddess, great ancient demons and the mysteries; and

iii. By Absolute Right and Authority of Office granted by the Divine Creator to of The Architect We hereby create by pronouncement the existence of Supreme Bible of God as sacred scripture providing direct remedy to all men and women, living and deceased who subscribe to beliefs of christianity and judaism yet struggle to find fair remedy to the facts of evil and malevolent behaviour by some societies of both faiths by presenting the original texts from which the Bible was sourced, including the missing elements that complete the picture of a strengthened faith;

iv. By Absolute Right and Authority of Office granted by the Divine Creator to of The Architect We hereby create by pronouncement the existence of Sacred Qur'an of One Islam as sacred scripture providing direct remedy to all deceased men, woman and higher order beings as well as to all living men and women who subscribe to beliefs in Islam; and

v. By Absolute Right and Authority of Office granted by the Divine Creator to of The Architect We hereby create by pronouncement the existence of Universal Canon of Divine Wisdom as sacred scripture providing direct remedy to all deceased men, woman and higher order beings as well as to all living men and women who subscribe to beliefs in Hinduism, Buddhism and Indigenous Spirituality; and

X. Assignment of all claimed Original Law to the 2nd Great Seal of the Old Covenant

i.By the Power and Authority vested in the Office of The Architect by the Divine Creator, all claimed highest original law of the highest offices whether by scripture, pronouncement, prayer or other device are henceforth assigned and granted to the Office of The Architect as the supreme spiritual and sovereign office bestowed by the Divine Creator; and

iii.By the Power and Authority vested in the Office of The Architect by the Divine Creator,these Original Law and Sacred Texts are bound to The Office of Architect are sealed under a Great Seal known as the 2nd Seal of the Old Covenant and also the 2nd Great Seal of Revelations and also the 2nd Great Seal of the End of Days as the Great Seal of Original Law; and

iv.Now upon the existence of the 2nd Great Seal of the Old Covenant, no man or woman, living or deceased may claim first authority by old Original Law other than The Architect; and

v. Any such injury to this right shall be automatically null and voided from the beginning.

XI. Assignment of all justice and living law to the 3rd Great Seal of the Old Covenant

i.By the Power and Authority vested in the Office of The Architect by the Divine Creator, all Seals of the Office of Justice under Treaties, and Sovereign Authority are henceforth assigned and granted to the Office of The Architect as the supreme spiritual and sovereign office bestowed by the Divine Creator; and

ii.The Highest Judicial Offices that are hereby assigned include but are not limited to: Chief Justice, Supreme Court Justice, Judge, Notary Public; and

iii.By the Power and Authority vested in the Office of The Architect by the Divine Creator, these Highest Judicial Offices and their Seals of Office who have demonstrated failure to render fair remedy unto the living law are bound to The Office of Architect and are sealed under a Great Seal known as the 3rd Seal of the Old Covenant and also the 3rd Great Seal of Revelations and also the 3rd Great Seal of the End of Days also as The Great Seal of Justice; and

iv.Now upon the existence of the 2nd Great Seal of the Old Covenant, no man or woman, living or deceased may claim higher Judicial authority nor legal Seal other than The Architect; and

v. Any such injury to this right shall be automatically null and voided from the beginning.

Upon this Pronouncement we recognize the immutable fact that Our Sovereign Right is derived from the demonstrated proof of our Divine Creator in Unique Collective Awareness (UCA) that we are both one and unique, whilst being part of the many, the collective of all Awareness. In so being, We have full right to Claim both the authority and powers bestowed by the Divine Creator; and

Upon this Pronouncement we recognize a further immutable fact that if any sovereign man or woman, living or deceased is not free, then We cannot rightly proclaim our Own freedom; and

Therefore upon this Pronouncement, warranted by Our Sovereign Right, upon necessity, We invoke both our freedom and these Rights for Ourselves and for and on behalf of all men and women, living or deceased, with the considerate judgment of all sovereign men and women living and deceased and the gracious favor of our common Divine Creator; and

I affirm all the above supreme law, AB INITIO (FROM THE BEGINNING),

On behalf of myself and all men and women, living and deceased, who are associated with me by my hand and seal this day,

In the truth ...
